Excellent company
Excellent company. Placed an order at the beginning of January, which I knew wouldn’t be dispatched until February, and when I emailed to enquire about my order towards the end of February, I received an email back within 10 minutes telling me they’d received the stock the day before and my order would be with me within the next few days. Later the same day, I received an email saying my order had been dispatched, and I received my item the next day.
Great customer service.

Long wait but worth it.
Took a lot longer than expected to arrive and unfortunately was missed as a Christmas gift as a result, though this was explained personally by seller. Item received safely and as described when it finally came. Communication was good but has room for improvement, still far more than you would receive from most major organisations and responses by email were swift and personal therefore only knocking one star all things considered.

I can only say that as a very small team in a busier than expected Christmas period that we unfortunately dropped the ball in this area somewhat. However my partner says he was not aware at any point that it was pre order and was told afterwards so yes I'm still unhappy but at least you had the decency to reply and may I say at length which is fabulous.

Hello Carol,
I would like to say thank you for your feedback and review but I do find it extremely unjustified. I'm also very disappointed that your partner and/or yourself has made no attempt to contact us via any of the ways available so we could've advised/resolved this issue before you decided to leave this review.
Regarding the order, your partner has purchased an item that was labelled as 'Pre-Order', this would have been shown on the product page and the 'Add to Cart' button was also changed to 'Pre-Order Now'. As he didn't use express checkout, 'Pre-Order' would've been visible at least another 3 times during the checkout process. The shipping section stated '2-5 Workings Days from Dispatch' as we have to cover a large number of products at different classifications of availability. On top of this there was an additional e-mail sent to him following his purchase, informing him that he had ordered a 'Pre-Order' item, what this meant and links to policy pages giving in-depth explanations to this process.
We do all of the above to make it as clear as possible to our customers so that they know what they're about to order and what it entails. We're also currently in the midst of improving this process so that our customers are even more so getting all the information that we have available before they order. Failing that we're always on hand to respond to e-mails or Facebook/Instagram messages. As well as phone calls when we're available to take them and returning calls when people leave a voicemail.
Had your partner contacted us at anytime following the order we would of had no qualms updating him that there was no way we could have fulfilled the order for Christmas. We also would of immediately refunded him or exchanged the item if he wasn't happy to wait for it. Quite a lot of other customers contacted us about this particular item in the lead up to Christmas, all hoping to get it in time. Every single one that did either chose to wait, exchanged the item or got a full refund, we even helped some customers find them from other retailers (our competitors) who still had some in stock.
I've also noticed that your only other Trustpilot review, made just a couple of days ago suggests that you've just been scammed by a rug company and I'm sorry that this has happened to you. However, I do believe that some of the issue with them has unfortunately been passed onto us. I will be emailing your partner shortly to discuss this situation and I'll also be providing a screen shot of his order on our Shopify portal that shows that the item was marked as a 'Pre-Order' at the time of his order. Hopefully you'd like to continue the order, as the item is currently expected to be in stock with our supplier at the end of this month.
