Wish I had a better review as I have…

Wish I had a better review as I have purchased from this company years ago and loved their products. In December I purchased 2 custom pieces for February birthdays. I received no updates despite following up via email in January asking for status. Finally, after asking for tracking information on Feb. 2nd, I received an email saying it hadn't shipped and would 'soon'. I asked for a refund as it was too late to get on time. Received refund on February 3rd with no response to what happened. Customer service completely lacking. Very sad since their products used to be wonderful.

Poor customer service

Like products. Ordered here before.
So this holiday season I’ve decided again like last year to order their picture frame ornament. I placed my order on 11/28 and I paid extra to have 2020 put on it. I didn’t receive the item until December 17 upon opening there was no engraving. This was a gift and I was giving it today December 21. I contacted them they apologized and said they issued a refund. When I saw the refund it was for the engraving fee.I’m appalled it was for whole item since it wasn’t how I wanted. No offer to remake even though that wouldn’t have worked for me!!. Very disappointed with the customer service you can’t talk to anyone live they don’t get back to you. Extremely disappointed!!!! Doesn’t seem like they wanted to make this right. with sites like Etsy I guess I don’t see a need for this company anymore especially with how they treated the situation.
