Several interfaces, too many features and buttons and there is always a problem somewhere.
Plus, there are almost no videos or informations about how to work with it on internet.
You have a Youtube Channel, use it, make videos, explain how to do stuff and fix some bugs.

very bad experience when support complains about keeping him on the phone line with me abt an hour seems like he was the only guy present at that time I called first in french then later called back with an English option to realize he is the same one after 4 days of service I closed my account still waiting for Reimbursement!!! but today Feb 20 I asked them to delete my data and they issued an immediate reimbursement, which is great on their part. Can't tell you not to try them but to each his own experience due to my little knowledge in hosting and sites and data management, Sorry the whole truth*.
