The Happiest Household ever!
I was So Satisfied with the service and shipping time that I received from Planet Express, I told my family and friends to try them out.
Five of them switched all of their freight forwarding activities to Planet Express and all I ever hear about is how happy they are.

Claims forgotten until too late to rectify
Briefly, they do not follow up on claims and the 60-90 day claim response time is too late to return products to the vendor.
Parcel was slated to ship via Aramex. Two weeks later, the Aramex tracking did not update as package sent. Contacted Planet Express customer service who said they would find out what happened and to wait for their reply. Two months later (their stated claim response time) and no reply.
I contacted them again and they said Aramex had stopped dealing with these types of parcels without notice. If PE had followed up on the claim, then this would have been apparent and I could have sent the product back to the vendor for a refund.
As a resolution PE returned the shipping cost to the suite account said to ship to a domestic address, at a courier rate. Bear in mind this product had free shipping to the US from the vendor.
All in all I am out $60 and 3 months. They refuse to refund the domestic shipping cost.
How could they improve? Implement a ticketing system with periodic alarms to trigger follow-up.

Planet Express Shipping is my only choice because of their excellent service. I have always have peace of mind when using them for my international shipping needs. In my opinion they are the best. I have used them for more than 5 years and they have never let me down. Thank you Planet Express.

such lovely customer service, they respond to you almost immediately & really help reassure you if you have any worries, prices for shipping are exceptional reasonable. process is super simple and they will send you pictures of your package & it's contents (if you ask) upon arrival, once you pay for shipping, thy send it out super quick. only ever had positive experiences & really happy :))

Simply useless
Simply useless. The stores cancel the order because the addresses are known. If you ask support, they only refer you to an additional service that costs 5 USD + 7%. But then again, you have to pay everything to Planet Express first and cannot, for example, specify gift cards with which to pay the shop and to only pay their fees to them.

They have good service, but compared to other package forwarding service providers they are expensive. Also,I live outside of the US, and their shipping costs are insane high...
They have requested $262 for DHL express, and next day I shipped the exact same package to the exact same address using DHL Express for $83 through Shipito, when I wrote Planet Express customer service objecting the high shipping costs, their answer was "Then unfortunately that will be the price to ship your package via DHL"

Highly recommended international shipping
I have had dozens of shipments sent from the USA to the UK and Planet Express have done a great job. I did have a problem with one recently sent from the Tualatin facility, but Jordan O was on it and gave great advice and we tracked it down eventually. I should add it was no fault of Pl Exp, but down to Aramex. Highly recommended international shipping service. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks again
Very good experiences in the past
Very good experiences in the past. Meanwhile every 10 - 15 parcel has errors or typos in the tracking number, but I was usually able to find out which parcels it was. Special request is also an unnecessary function, as they don't do what you ask for with your shipment. After the Donald tariffs, I decided not to import anything from the USA anymore, and I wanted to have my goods destroyed with photo proof. If I just throw it away, I have no proof of what happened to my goods. I don't want it to end up on the marketplace there, or for someone else in the USA to make money from it. The shipping prices are also outrageous meanwhile. I actually wanted to send it to someone in the USA (actually a friend) , but why does shipping within the USA cost 40% more than to Switzerland? That's a real rip-off. now I'm looking for imports from Asia.
Answer to PE:
To say there was not a special request was also a lie, and I still have the email, so proof, including your rejection. And I don't know if I spoke Spanish. The tariffs don't concern you, I know. But your country has imposed arbitrary tariffs on my country, not just my country, many others too, and that's why I'm boycotting US American goods for the time being, and why I wanted to have the last product destroyed, because the shipping ended up almost more expensive than the product itself. I've always bought a lot from the USA, and my Planet Express list is accordingly long. But for now, I won't be ordering anything else.
