It took 3 trips for the dish to be installed
I dont think the first two installers wanted the job. The 3rd person was great . He got down to business and got it all done in the afternoon. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Answered my questions and was highly efficient even with some glitches with equipment.
Equipment old and customer service is terrible

Dish is very good they let u look at show when ur dish been interrupet but can i make payment plan and i can some on 3 rd of feb.
They good u can still look at movie when ur dish is interrupted I will recommend dish to any one.but put it buck on I want make payment plan I can start paying on the 3ed Feb.please help me .thank you

Technician and Communications
The Technicians were very kind and moved to get things taken care of as quickly as possible! The communication factor as to when the technician will be arriving on our scheduled appointment was informative right up until we got a call stating we had to reschedule! To me that was unacceptable and wrong and yes situations do arise this I understand but I had made arrangements to accommodate Friday then I had to be inconvenienced on Tuesday! The scheduling of your technicians and making appointments is a crucial factor! Thank you for your time!

Offered a package price on Dish and high speed internet. After Dish installed, couldn't honor price or speed of Internet. Would not have joined knowing upfront.
Ordered the online package of Dish and high speed internet. Dish showed up to install but knew nothing of Internet. Called customer service who said they didn't offer packages. I said I was online at that moment and read her the caption that said package. Also gave her the price and Mbps speed that I was quoted. After listening to recorded transaction, she agreed the salesman had given incorrect information and the speed he promised me was $30 a month more. I did not agree so they did not give me the Internet portion of deal. Now I am stuck with Dish for two years and still need to find a better internet provider. Be warned about third party offers. Deal directly with the tv and Internet providers you want.
DISH TV
I have been on cable TV for many years and finally moved to Dish. What a great experience. I can not say enough from where I came to where I am now. Service has been great and all the stations that I love. Yes, Leroy is very happy and would recommend Dish to anyone. That Hopper is second to none. It takes TV to a whole new level. As we say at Chrysler--you either lead...follow...or....just get out of the way! Dish is in the lead mode right now.

Staff has given excellent service.
No problems with getting help and answers to all questions. My only complaint is that many of the movies are dated. And, it seems that other offerings are for the price fewer than what I had with DIRECTV. The good news is that my dish has withstood several storms without any problems with reception, not so with DIRECTV.
I have been charged over and over for movies I am not ordering.
Need better quality of service needs to customers.
