I have chartered boats for over 30 years on 3 continents and Plain sailing has been the best. Good boats, reasonable prices, very proactive and friendly.

I have chartered sailboats all over the world, and plain sailing by far offers the best customer service I have ever received. I will continue to use them for my future charter needs.

First time we have used PlainSailing, having used other agencies in the past. They are by far the best we have used. Everything was very good right the way through the process - Good selection of boats, good pricing, clear terms and expectations set on what happens next. Communication was excellent throughout, and since we returned. They pre-empted our needs at times and this was something we hadn't experienced before

I have used plainsailing twice (this year and a few years ago) and both times was very easy and worked well. Kids and I had a great time! Boats were in good condition. No issues with return of deposit.

Always super responsive, and their knowledge of the chaterers, where to find a great price, and good quality companies saves us doing the legwork, knowing that they know the industry far better than we could from a website. The first charter we did with Plainsailing two years ago went as smooth as baby skin. Tommy lead us through the process step-by-step, politely reminded about next steps and things to do in time.
This year, Adi had to take over, but we can only say “same same”. Having chartered sailing yachts for more than 30 years in Europe and the Caribbean, I never had this top notch service as with PlainSailing.
Keep it up and we’ll keep coming back.

This is the first time I've left a review, but the service and attention from Adi at Plan Sailing was exceptional. We chartered in Mallorca, the boat was perfect, the extras (including fee outboard) were all correctly accounted for. Early check in was done (i.e. 11am!!) and everything went to plan. With Plain Sailing you felt that you were dealing with people rather than some anonymous booking platform, they truly care about the experience that you have, and are very user friendly on text, WhatsApp, email etc. I could not recommend them enough. For the past 2 years, we have chartered 4 yachts in Croatia for our groups of 40 students. Each time the customer service and charter experiences have been immaculate, and we have all been thoroughly spellbound by the trips. Easy booking process, very helpful and good online prompting in the admin process. You know how good businesses are when things "don't go entirely to plan". We had some issues with the boat (battery problems which curtailed our plans). Plain sailing's response was first class. We'll be using this company again.

Not been on the holiday yet, but if it's anything like the booking process I'm sure it will be fantastic!

Found us a good deal on a Catamaran from Lefkas this summer. We were looking at Kefalonia but there were no catamaran options, so Adi came up with this solution instead.

We had a great summer holiday sailing in 2017 with the kids - so much so that we've booked again for this year! Thanks to Adi and the team for their meticulous planning :)
