best site to rely on when doing research programs

I can't cancel my subscription there is no option in their website to cancel the subscription, they have withdrew from my card and I didn't know moreover I can't cancel ittttt!!!

Recently I paid for Plagiarism Detector and also the AI Detector. The Plagiarism part works fine, if a little bit slow at times. The AI Detector, on the other hand, is another story, it seems to return most often 100% human, occasionally other results on the same text, a bit random!. Oh the occasions where the results are not 100% the report does not highlight the AI part, so in the end not a lot of use!
I will be requesting a refund for the AI detection part if I can get the help desk to respond!

I have been trying to contact them for help on different PC browsers and then my phone, but their customers online support service is having an internal server problem.

This is not acceptable, considering I am asking about money I spent to get a service over a week ago and this is their only line of contact.

I tried pasting the ENTIRE response, including the "Certainly!" bit at the beginning and the last sentence at the end. This website says it's 100% human-written content.

I think this website is just meant to optimize traffic with SEO so they can make money on ads. Doesn't bother to serve the intended purpose.

The plagiarism checker found the most random things that they said I plagiarized but I had never even seen those sites before. Two of the three sites didn't even make sense how I plagiarized them, and the third was only in the link! I used to use this every time I wrote an essay, but now I'll be more wary of trusting it. I do use the AI checker often and it normally gives pretty accurate results. If you're reading the reviews to decide whether or not to use it, just try it out! It seems like most people here either love it or hate it, but see for yourself. Also, it always takes forever to load, but that might just be my school Chromebook.

Do not trust with AI checking!

After my wife received a piece of work back from her tutor saying she had to write it in her own words as a massive chunk had been detected as written by AI (screenshots had been included too). I decided to do a bit of investigating. I used several different AI detection free sites and only plagiarismdetector.net came up with it being written by AI at a 100% detection rate. I then plugged the various questions into several different AI sites (Gemini, Copilot, Copy.ai, AskGPT) and then pasted the answers they gave into plagiarismdetector.net and it came back with it being 100% human written!
To add insult to injury they make this claim
"Our online AI detector is a competent tool that provides you with flawless AI detection output in no time. The ChatGPT checker offers you guaranteed results and can be shared as evidence without any fear or worry."

If educational institutions are using this as the be all and end all of AI detection, then there will be a lot of people that are getting failing grades for no reason!

I wish I could give 0 star. I needed the API key for a project so I purchased the product. But then I realised they actually didn't provide the API key to you automatically so I requested for a refund because I paid for a service that wasn't delivered in a timely manner. Waited a day to hear back and they "emailed" the API key to me. Tried the API key, 403 error. Then the team told me to take a screenshot so they could refund me. I did, but then they told me to try it again as the key worked on their end. Frankly, as a customer, all trust is gone, and the fact that I had to email them 10+ emails just for a simple service that I paid for shows they genuinely do not care about customer experience. By the end, I got my refund finally, and I also got a very condescending reply from their CS team:

Genuinely do not understand why this company still exists.

I have copied the first paragraph of Wikipedia on plagiarism and it detected only 89% of the text to be copied. Another text, copied from a scientific paper was found to be 100% my work.

Does not do the job properly!

Well to be very honest. I usually get to this website to check plagiarism. I can't say a word about its accuracy but in short, I'm highly satisfied with its uptime. And yes highly recommended using this.
