I purchased a domain from them and after activating the domain they did not updated the nameservers for three days.
They are very unprofessional. In the first place they respond very slow. It usually takes 24 hours for their response after ordering the domain. And unfortunately I lost two domains that I ordered with them. They responded late and somebody else registered them.
Another domain which has been activated with pk-domains.com and yet after three days the nameservers have not been updated.

Their services are slow and when an issue occurs they can't even solve that. Due to their worst service ever I even generated a ticket to them with message "Such a pathetic service!!", they even replied to that with "Thanks for the review." instead of solving my problem.

Worst hosting ever! The slowest, most unreliable service imaginable. Their database server randomly shuts down, making hosted websites completely inaccessible. And when you ask for a refund or cancellation, they just keep dodging the issue instead of addressing it properly. A total waste of time and money!

I even bought their best hosting package, yet I’m still dealing with this absolute disaster.

That being said, I also purchased a domain from them, and it works fine—I have no complaints there.

If you need a domain, Domain PK is fine. But for hosting? Stay far away!

Worst customer service; after three days, the customer simply tells you to wait and doesn't even bother to listen to your question.

Don't recommend their service to any business.

Nice to have web hosting from PK Domain, i though they only sell domains but i got shared hosting package and found it really a wonderful experience with these guys.

i checked PK domain on trust pilot but did not find their listing so i am the first who is reviewing them here. as per my understanding i should review such a great domain provider in Pakistan though i was abroad and were in need to buy some PKNIC domains, they really worked great, i get my all PK based domain registered in a very cheap price though other international providers were charging much more even 3 times the rate provided by pk-domain.com
