First of all you charged me 40% more…

First of all you charged me 40% more than a buddy of mine is being charged to have his 5061 rebuild. For that 40% less he is getting excellent and timely communication at every step, a less than two week turn around, videos of the re assembly and a really sexy enamel paint job. By comparison you guys were nearly impossible to get a hold of, communicated terribly when I finally did get through on the phone, you took months to do it and you didn't even clean the grease and rust off before spraying a single shitty coat of primer on mine.

Id like that 4000$ difference back(to spend on my new baby this Christmas)back but mostly I would like to have confidence that this was well done and that I and my business can rely on your work.

I think you saw a fisherman and somehow that meant "oh f*©k this guy, we have him caught between a rock and a hard place".

While I mostly just hope that I never have to do this again I also will be looking for any and all other options before using your shop again.

I deal with several people on your team…

I deal with several people on your team at different times. All are out standing and professional. Jamie Gross is the person who’s drawn the short string the last several times and had to deal with me. As usual she is outstanding, knowledgeable, and is patient with me. Outstanding Job.

Tracking information

After several phone calls sales person Andrew Crook still has not been able to give a timeline and or tracking information on seal that was ordered several weeks ago
Seal part number M2911
As of today, December 1 still have no information

I disliked the fact that I didn't get…

I disliked the fact that I didn't get my package over night. I had paid for next day delivery!! I was happy with the service in locating the right parts for the job.

Your team has great overall customer…

Your team has great overall customer service. Our requests for quotation and technical documentation have received quick and courteous responses. In an age when customer service almost seems to be a thing of the past this is very refreshing.

The only thing I did not care for is…

The only thing I did not care for is the lead time for a simple part. Thirteen months is a long time to just get a seal kit
