I feel you are very fortunate to have…

I feel you are very fortunate to have an employee like Heather Haas, very helpful. what customer service should be. Had a minor issue with shipping could have in part been my fault not knowing how you ship I provided a bill of lading, unfortunately I am not able to schedule a pick up, they need to phone in the pick up request.
