Overpriced item and awful customer…
Overpriced item and awful customer service. I purchased a Puppak dog carrier on 03/09/24. The size description was not clear but there were 3 options so I ordered the most expensive hoping it would be larger size. After ordering I called the company to check sizing and found out it was listed incorrectly and was small so cancelled the order. I received confirmation of the cancellation shortly after. On the 31/10/24 (8 weeks later) the item was delivered to me! I have tried to call but no one answers the phone. I have emailed and eventually received a message to say I can return the item to B&Q free of charge! No apology, no explanation as to why they still have my £45 eight weeks after cancelling. Also if I had not cancelled my order, is this how long delivery takes?
