Very dishonest business

We were one of their former branches. The franchise owner is not honest at all. He deceives people. His way of working is not ethical. When we left his company because we suffered major losses, he wrote emails to our customers which caused damages to our business, clearly was trying to harm us and acted in ways that were inhumane. Even though we represented his brand for a long time, he behaved very hostilely. I strongly advise you to stay away from working with this man and his business. Unfortunately, I have sadly learned that many others have also been victimized after us. I decided to write this review so that he does not deceive more people.

A sincere warning to those considering a franchise with Triangle Pizza

First, let me share a bit of my background. I actually grew up in the same place as the owners of Triangle Pizza. His name is Sapa Mohammad. Years ago, when I first came here, I invested all the money I had earned through very hard work into one of their franchises. I did this with the hope of building something bigger and more profitable for my future.

But only a few months later, I came to realize the painful truth: they were fraudsters. They deceived people in many ways—for example, claiming to import special products from Italy, while in reality buying cheaper goods locally and reselling them at inflated prices. I also saw how they treated shop owners not as partners, but merely as tools to exploit.

When I decided to walk away, I was prepared to lose my investment rather than stay trapped in their system. Leaving, however, was not easy. They took over my shop, shut down the system, blocked my ability to place orders, and then confronted me with invoices that weren’t even mine. They threatened me with lawsuits and lawyers. It became a nightmare that affected me deeply, even harming my mental health.

Later, when I opened my own independent shop, they again tried to seize it through different tricks—and unfortunately, they succeeded in taking it from me. I then witnessed them do the very same thing to others. In just a short period, they exploited four or five other branches. I saw this repeated in different cities, and even in Liverpool, where they opened a shop and pulled the same manipulative tactics.

I am sharing all this as a heartfelt warning. Anyone who values their money, their peace of mind, and their health should stay far away from them. This is only my experience, but it is a sincere, moral piece of advice. There are many other Italian companies and franchise opportunities where you can earn more, with far less risk.

Please, learn from my story before you fall into the same trap.

A warning for pizza lovers About Pizza Triangle.

I usually don’t like writing reviews, but I felt I needed to share this after listening to the real experiences of people who previously had problems with Pizza Triangle. I was also planning to open a franchise soon, but after hearing their stories, I realized they were right.

From what I gathered, this franchise has been taking advantage of people—holding on to their money in the bank, taking shops cheaply, and then reselling or leasing them at much higher costs. I witnessed enough to believe these people’s concerns are true.

I’m only writing this to warn others. If you are considering opening a franchise or store with Pizza Triangle. I strongly believe you should stay away. Not only from the owners, but also from the people working with them, because they operate as a group and try to manipulate people together.

I truly believe the proper authorities will soon step in and take action regarding this. This is just my personal advice. I have spoken with more than ten people who suffered real losses, and their experiences made me realize the risks.

Please, before you experience the same, look for other franchises and better alternatives. But as a friendly piece of advice, I sincerely urge you to stay away from Pizza Triangle.

This is nothing more than my opinion, my personal advice, and a heartfelt warning.

Fraud

Be cautious if you’re considering opening a branch of pizza triangle.
The owner, named Sapa, is a complete fraud. He speaks persuasively and offers attractive prices for construction work. However, once the project starts, he claims there have been "changes" that increase costs and refuses to complete the job until you make additional payments. Even after the shop is opened, the quality of work is substandard. Most of the positive reviews are fake. If the Walsall branch had a 4.9 rating, why did it close?

I’ll also tell you about a group called “Triangle’s Victims,” where I can list numerous people affected by this company. The closure of these branches is entirely due to Sapa’s actions. Beyond overcharging initially, he neglects the shops after they open and says things like, “You don’t know how to run this place; sell it to me.” Then, he tries to buy the business back for half the price it was worth.

- Triangle Barnet closed: 3 victims
- Triangle Walsall closed: 3 victims
- Triangle Walsall reopened and closed again: 1 victim
- Triangle Hackney closed: 2 siblings affected
- Triangle Liverpool closed: 2 victims
- Triangle Nottingham closed: 2 victims

In total, 13 people have been affected.

Usually good service

Usually good service. The pizzas are not cheap, but they are authentic. They also taste rather nice! Being so thin, they don't re-heat well, but if you can manage one after collection or delivery, it's rather nice.

Excellent food and service

Excellent service, very welcoming, food arrived quickly and one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Even adjusted our order to preference. Would highly recommend a visit.
