Pizza steel and peel.
Nice company and the pizza steel was promptly delivered. Good quality of material used but I do have a complaint about the construction. The edges of the steel are so bloody sharp! It makes it hard to handle and maneuver. They could have been milled better.

Fantastic alternative to baking stone,I use it for sourdough bread but I'm sure it works for every type of bake. Just oil it and keep it dry so it doesn't rust. 10/10

Foundation of home baking
I’ve been using pizza stone for some time and I was expecting some improvements with pizza steel but it is not even comparable results you’ll be getting using steel are out of this world, as they say “Any pizza is good pizza” but I would say “Any pizza baked on pizza steel is good pizza” :)

Tested baking bread and pizza
The heating process is way faster than with a regular pizza stone. I baked bread and pizzas on it, directly on the steel and it went great with a great char on the bottom. 100% recomend!

It just doesn't keep the temperature…
It just doesn't keep the temperature once you put the pizza on. The surface at the end of the baking is not even 200°
