The title says it all. I asked on Twitter and Discord and the only response I got is a sarcastic "guide" of two pictures that I should report/block. They also assumed I directly saw it on their app instead of another platform. I DMed the person saying that and I demanded an E-mail to take down the user behind the content and they just closed Discord with no response. Terrible experience. My friend is actively targeted with fetish material made of him using pixverse.

Terrible subscription/cancellation model and no response for cancellation or refund. I was charged for a standard subscription that I did not approve. And even when I logged onto the account, it didn't say I had a subscription!!!
Please God help.

From working fine it will now not work at all. After uploading a photo to create, it keeps going back to my home page, with the wallpaper gone and leaving a black screen.

Powerful tool for having fun creating original and funny videos, but it has an enormous privacy and data security problem: they promise a private by default generation enviroment, but the content you generate is never really private, because it is reachable via URL without authentication.
That means that every crawler or bot could potentially stole personal data and access them.
Compliance and support mail don't answer my questions so far and seems like if they don't want to solve many problems about data security.
I invite you to put us in contact without make me wait months for a response.

PixVerse has always been a solid platform with a easy to use interface. Their latest 5.6 is so much better than their previous ones AND they just add in 3rd party models so you can pick and chose depending on your shot.

They keep changing the parameters of when you are able to withdraw your money.

I’ve been using PixVerse for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best AI video generation tools available today. I’ve created several short films with it, and the quality of the outputs far surpasses anything I’ve seen from other platforms I’ve tried. The results are consistently impressive, detailed, and visually stunning.
What really sets PixVerse apart is how actively it’s updated new features and improvements come regularly, keeping the tool fresh and innovative. The team behind PixVerse is also incredible: responsive, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping the community succeed.
Being part of the PixVerse community has been a great experience. If you’re looking for a top-tier AI video generation tool with amazing output quality and a fantastic team behind it, PixVerse is definitely the way to go.

I discovered these guys early from a YouTube video and they've been fantastic for me ever since then, I use their outputs in just about every video I create in some way. There have been issues at times (just like any other AI SAAS has had issues) but the team have always been helpful and friendly and those have been worked out swiftly and with kindness. Which is what you want to have with something like that. I highly recommend them because they keep getting better and better. (Full Disclosure: I am a mod on their Discord and always disclose that to prevent any accusations of bias on my part.)

I've known Pixverse since its inception and have seen its enormous growth over the years. The platform is well-maintained and has all the features you need (and they do their job well)! I've never understood why Pixverse gets so little attention, even though it's truly a great platform. It's on par with other more "renowned" platforms. The quality of the results, the excellent features available, the variety of stimulating and fun contests, and the full support provided by the team on Discord make the creative experience truly enjoyable. Personally, I think it's one of the best platforms!

I have started my ad agency and freelance journey with pixverse it's very close to my heart. from the beginning it was affordable and fast with generations

PixVerse’s video and image models are quite impressive and I really like being able to make cheap test videos in 320P and being able to upscale after I have a video that I like. PixVerse’s team helps keep credit costs down and have a credit roll over so you don’t have wasted credits all the time. It is also handy that their moderation isn’t totally overboard.

I’ve stuck with PixVerse since the beginning because it makes video creation feel straightforward and efficient. When a platform can repeatedly turn an idea into a usable result with minimal friction, that’s a real advantage—and PixVerse does that well.

Ive tried many different renderers in the last few years and this one stuck by the longest for now. Many different render options, super friendly customer support and reasonable pricing. What more coukd you ask for 👆💯

This is a perfect tool for presenting avatars, singers and an awesome interface for working on Text to Image. Perfect generations with Nano Banana Seedream and Qwen Image. You have a seemless experience in creating engaging videos in various formats. The latest model 5.6 is top notch! Must try, Enjoy!

Very bad. The updates and website interface have worsened, and there are also significant balance losses due to errors, for example, (go right but goes the wrong). There's also the lack of a negative wave feature, and there are restrictions on requirements that claim to be sensitive but aren't actually. In short, don't invest your money in this site and look for an alternative.

My experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I paid a weekly subscription, but had not used any of the credits. Many months passed before I noticed my account was still being debited. I asked Pixverse to cancel my membership, but they advised me to log in to my account and cancel the subscription under my plan, which was a basic plan. I could not see the button they suggested in the screenshot they sent me, so I went to PayPal and cancelled the recurring payment. I reviewed the warranty and refund conditions on the Pixverse site, which state that a full refund is available if the credits have not been used; in this case, mine had not been used. My PayPal account shows that I have been paying for an Elite membership, not a basic account. I have contacted Pixverse multiple times via email, but they state that there is no account associated with my email address, yet they still respond with Google payment advice. I can log into my account with my email and see the unused credits, so why is Pixverse saying I don't have an account when I do? Do not sign up with this company. I am reading the reviews and I agree with the adding of things that I did not request in my description. I think it is set up to possibly get subscribers to use more credits or run out of credit and purchase more or a bigger subscription. I have a month to month subscription and this is how I cancelled it. [FOR THOSE THAT ARE TRYING TO CANCEL (2) THINGS. THE POLICY FOR A REFUND IS: (1) You may ask for a refund if you have an unused subscription. So if you have a month or more that you have not used the subscription, you can ask for a refund for those. It specifically reads unused subscription, so I am not sure if you purchased yearly. You can find this on the MY PLAN Page at the very bottom. Click on How do I get a refund. Please provide all the information that they are requiring you to have. I also added a screenshot of the directions to show them that I am providing what is said. (2) To Cancel you need to downgrade your subscription to a free subscription, this will automatically cancel the paid subscription.] After that point you may delete your account. I know that it shouldn't be this difficult to cancel a service and sometimes you overlook things (especially when you are pissed about the service). I hope this helps someone.

UPDATE: It’s been 3 days and I have already received my refund.

Canceling is a mess. On the subscription page, it tells me to delete my account through “User Info,” but then says deleting your account won’t cancel your subscription and you still need to cancel on the “Subscribe” page. That’s ridiculous — it’s a loop with no clear cancel button.
On top of that, the output quality is weak — 8 out of 10 videos I generated were basically unusable. Not worth the money, and the cancellation process feels intentionally difficult.

I paid for a subscription and got my credits. The next day it took over 200 away for no reason. The images are not always what you ask for. It will do things that you didn't say to do and wastes tons of credits. I'm not impressed at all.

I purchased a yearly subscription. The app did not give me the subscription but took my money. The developer refuses to refund me or to fix my issues so that I can have what I paid for. I upgraded from a monthly plan to an annual plan but the app did not recognize my subscription and stripped all functionality away. The developer feedback keeps giving me the runaround telling me that I am not subscribed despite sending them numerous screenshots of my purchase of the subscription.
