I mean the worst mock up buying experience ever, the just give low resolution jpg for 5 dollars, like no psd file or any quality... i could just screenshot it bymyself

This is worst stock in entire internet. Beware of this misunderstanding!!!

as others told, it playing less royalties to contributors. not playing 40% for videos like they mentioned in website. Irrespective of falling the value of JPY, they paying fixed 1 credit =100 JPY, where they selling in dollars, $1=150JPY

They claim that they are paying 40% for videos to non exclusive contributors, but they are paying much lesser than that.
they are selling in dollars and converting wrongly to credits to JPY, as they fixed it 1credit =100JPY
where are they sell in dollars, $1=144 JPY.

from that its clear that they are not 40%, but they are paying around 27-28%, which is 12-13% of royalties that they mentioned, such a clever cheating by Pixta

They mentioned that they pay 40% royalties for non exclusive videos.
But they are selling files in dollars like, $15, $25, $50, $70, $90, $180. But Instead of paying royalties like $6, $10, $20, $28, $36, $72, they are using the term "credits"

For example if they sell a direct 4k video,

they sell it for $180, and they have to pay 40% i.e, $72 = 10415 Japanese Yen ( at present conversion rate)

Instead they are paying in credits like, 72 credits
72 credits = 7200 Japanese Yen

By which Instead of 40% royalties, they are paying 27.65%.

Same thing applies in Photos/Illustrations.

They are cheating contributors by following this fraud royalties system.

PIXTA is cheating their contributors by paying less than the royalty percentage they mentioned on website
