Do a better research then me when getting a credit card for your child!
Signed up 10 days ago. Kids have now the cards, which get refused in many shops or restaurants.
But the biggest problem and worry I have is that I was asked to upload my passport, give private informations, even send in the family book.....very personal documents, they claim that this is a necessary legal procedure. And it is forced, you sign up, sign the contract, pay and after the app doesn't open fully (nowhere a question to cancel if preferred), if you don't load up the documents. I accepted this as I thought this is a proper online bank, but unfortunately afterwards nothings happens, nobody to call, nobody answers emails. Maybe a way to get very personal information and sell them to other companies? No idea, very upset and no idea how to cancel now this contract. Parents, research well before choosing a card for your teen! Not Pixpay!

The collection of documents such as a passport or family record book is indeed a legal requirement for financial institutions. This is part of the regulations to verify identity and comply with anti-money laundering laws. We understand that this may feel intrusive, but please rest assured that this data is handled securely and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Regarding payments that do not work, please note that after the 5th consecutive contactless payment, it is necessary to enter the PIN code to complete payments and reactivate contactless functionality. This is a security measure.
Of course, we remain at your disposal if needed.
