WARNING – SCAM
WARNING: It's a scam!
I recently placed an order for an art phone case (clown/jester design) and paid 25 EUR. The moment they took my money, all communication stopped. I never received a single order confirmation email, a receipt, or any information whatsoever regarding the delivery time.
I reached out to their customer service to find out what was going on, but they have been completely ignoring my messages for over two days now. I also tried calling them, but it is absolutely impossible to get through. It seems their phone line is just for show.
This business operates with zero transparency and zero customer care. They simply take your money and disappear into thin air. Do not make the same mistake I did. Keep your money safe and avoid buying anything from this website at all costs!

I've placed a few orders with this company and have always been pleased by the quality of their work. This time I ordered I got my item sent within days, far faster than I anticipated. The merchandise is 5star, once I received it. My only complaint is the colour of the T shirt wasn’t available and they did not notify me. A few weeks went by before I checked on the order to find out about the delay. Changing colour, the order arrived in a timely fashion. I feel that someone should have made me aware of the problem.

Artists I Love!
I love looking at pixels for the beautiful artistry from the artists I love. The variety is fantastic. And, I am a big puzzler, so I love getting the artwork as a puzzle which I did here. However, you have to be willing to pay a big price for the puzzle because once done, unless you find a kindred soul, your investment is over.

I placed an order of 4 items a day before their website’s cut-off date to receive my shipment by Christmas. One item shipped the next day. Another created a shipping label right away but failed to ship for 11 days until I called about it which was finally delivered on Christmas Eve. The last 2 items weren’t even shipped until after Christmas. The shipping costs totaled a third of the entire order and after I emailed them about my experience they offered me half of my shipping cost back to me. 2 items were shirts and of good quality and 2 were pillows that were poorly crafted with potato sack like low quality polyester material and were the late items. The artistry was great and it would’ve been nice to get a few more things with the same designs but I’ll never shop with this site again.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, READ WHY.
The customer service for Pixels is very mixed and not organized. I had a simple issue with a print file for a yoga mat which I reached out about within 12 hours of the order, and the initial reply from customer service completely ignored my questions about print extents and instead focused on color tones and expressed no changes could be made. I then got on the phone and was told I could cancel and I would be refunded in 24-48 hours, so I said "great" and requested a cancellation that day and put in ANOTHER order and paid an even bigger price (no longer got the 20% off that i had on my initial order).
Fast forward to the next day and when asked to confirm when my refund would arrive, I was told that the cancellation could not be processed because it was not within 24 hours. It was absolutely within 24 hours and no other explanation was provided. So I get on the phone with someone else and I was told I had to reject the delivery and send it back for a refund - obviously this is good news I can get a refund after all, though it will take much longer. Why this was not communicated in email makes no sense to me, the answer was right there to clarify things. A lot of this comes from the fact that Pixels isn't even manufacturing these things themselves, they outsource to an entirely different company, Mia Merchandise. In fact I was confused at first why I was getting shipping notifications from a company I didn't recognize.
This system with conflicting customer service information and multiple companies involved with automation makes for a terrible and confusing customer experience.
I only give above 1 star because at least the people on the phone were nice and able to be reached immediately upon calling - that is rare these days. But how valuable is that if they are going to tell you things completely different than their "higher up" rep on email customer service?
Due to all of this complication for a simple mat print (that should've been easily fixed in their software in a matter of seconds) I won't ever be ordering with this company again, unfortunately.
Edit: Reduced to one star as I received the product in the mail and it's nothing like advertised on the website. The yoga mat has a different backing, and it included no carrying bag like advertised. The print quality is terrible despite my image being 300 DPI. I'm shocked this company has the 4 star average rating it does because out of every internet retailer I've bought from this has to be one of the sketchiest and outright bad I've dealt with.
