Very bad company
Very bad company. Not helpful and not understanding at all. Dont ever buy from this site or on their g2a products. Dont use this site
Bought smash bros for Nintendo switch
Bought smash bros for Nintendo switch, one day all the sudden I can’t play, contact them and they tell me that’s a new Nintendo update and my warranty is over so they are not replacing the game or giving me no refund.
I bought the game a year and two months prior so I guess it’s a 1 year warranty
The company is doing all great
The company is doing all great. At first, i have to wait a while until the game arrived but the Support was there and answered me any question. So in all it was great and i definitely buy my next game there to.
SCAMMERS – DO NOT BUY!
I got three consecutive accounts that were instantly locked because PSN flagged them as dodgy. After being promised a replacement within 48 hours, I waited over 60 hours, only to receive a fourth account with the wrong credentials. Customer support is useless (probably some cheap AI bot) and offers no real help. It’s been more than 4 days, and I STILL don’t have the game I already paid for. This company is a complete joke. Save your money and NEVER buy from them.
Useless
Bought Gran Turismo 7 on G2A and it was from a trusted seller (pixelpuffin)
Was redirected to their site after purchase and had to put in all the details of the transaction. It then said that delivery is usually in the 1st hour but in 'rare' cases up to 48 hours which annoyed me.
Contacted customer service through their live chat system and although speaking to a human it felt very robotic. They couldn't tell me when I'd receive the product as a different team deal with delivery and was told that they had flagged it for urgent delivery. It has now been 6 hours and multiple live chats without a definitive answer of when ill be receiving the game. When I asked for them to cancel they said I have to wait the full 48hours before I can request the refund. Thankfully I have card protection and the fact it was a transaction and not bank transfer I shouldn't have much of a problem getting my money back. Im going to wait the full amount of time and see how long it actually takes them but considering I thought it would be instant, because who would list an item for sale if they didn't have it ready? I highly doubt I'll receive anything.
G2A used to be quite trustworthy and I also paid a bit more than I had seen it advertised on shady sites, maybe I would've been better off just going to a cheaper dodgy site as PixelPuffin and G2A seem just as dodgy.
It's a SCAM!
as already said by other users, It's a SCAM! The don't sell games but accounts with game on it, it's against any policy with risk of ban / deactivation of the purchased account. This is illegal and criminal and must be shut down by authorities

Great costumers services, fast reply and great product everything work fine and they answer to all questions
A literal scam
A literal scam. They sell someone else’s account to you instead of a key to use on your account and then if you tell them this isn’t what you want (because this is against Sony’s terms of service) they tell you the purchase is final and will not refund no matter what.
refuse to give a refund
I thought I was buying a physical game for my 7 year old son's birthday. I don't know much about all this stuff. I made the purchase and waited almost 2 weeks for it to arrive which it obviously didn't. I then checked the purchase confirmation email which had a link to get my order. which I pressed. I then followed all the instructions still not really knowing I had paid for a download. couldn't get anything to work. so tried to reach out to pixel puffin, not so easy to do. I finally got through to someone and asked for a refund which they refused to give me. I thought that as a consumer I have a right to get refunded if im not happy with my purchase. their reply was that because they delivered the game they can't give a refund!? well where is the game? and even if they deliver something im still entitled to a refund if im not happy. I m sure that is not ethical on their part
I Don't Recommend
I ordered a PS Plus 12 Monthly Membership form them. I was expecting them to do what all other sellers have done in the past when I order one online and email me a code. That is NOT what this company does. Its several click, create a Pixel Puffin account, be by the Playstation when to hit redeem and you need to redeem within in 24 hours of the purchase. I purchased as a birthday gift for someone else so this wasn't going to work.
I used their online chat to explain the situation and ask for a refund. I was sent directions on how to install again. Then the agent left the chat. I initiated another chat, got the same agent and they started off with as stated before.... They refused the refund again but said the gift recipient could contact their support team and they would walk them through redeeming.
Any gift card or membership purchase that is this difficult to redeem it mostly a scam. Im a fear it anyone goes through the redeeming process their system will be compromised. I am apparently just out my money.
This is 100% a scam
This is 100% a scam. They are selling random Nintendo accounts that will get you banned by Nintendo since it is against the TOS to use other accounts. They don’t give refunds either. I thought ordering from a “reputable” site like G2A would be straight forward, give them money and they send me a key, yet PixelPuffin sends you a random login to an account with the game on it. I didn’t read their description because I thought G2A was legitimate. Boy was I wrong. David with PixelPuffin has terrible customer service, eventho I told him I will be filing a chargeback with my bank, he still said no refunds. I haven’t even gotten the activation link yet they still won’t refund it. You’d think you’d want to avoid negative reviews like this and just refund it, especially when you’re not going to get my money from the bank once they reverse the charge 😂
