I had an order but something went wrong with shipping and it was sent back, i reached out to support for a notice and headsup that i still want what i payed for.

Haven't heard anything, so i lost my money.

I ordered a jumper for Christmas and the print has all worn off after a single wash. I emailed them and they ignored my email. £50 down the drain, stay away.

I bought 2 jumpers. The quality is great! Exactly what I was looking for. Another 3 on the way!

This company is horrendous. They do not meet their 5-15 working day shipment agreement, nor do they respond to any enquiry emails whatsoever. Do NOT buy anything from here to save yourself the time, money and effort. The designs might look cool but I would encourage you to get something similar off of a small business or creator instead of this company.

I ordered 5 shirts on July 21 and since then (today is September 1st) I never received any shipment emails, just the order confirmation. No response either in the instagram dms or the customer support email

No answers on e-mails, ordered 4 shirts about 1 1/2 month ago (they cost about 100 pounds!!!) - never recieved them and get no answers on e-mails requesting an update on the order

Ordered twice with them (2 t-shirts and then one sweatshirt). Each time I have been delivered in less than a week. Quality is great as well, I will order again:).

I ordered 3 Tshirts size Small according to the size guide on the website. The Tshirts arrived with quality Ok but all with a width of 45-46 cm instead of 50 cm. Of course then too small for my son. I wrote them an e-mail and chase them again to know how to proceed to send the T-shirts back : no answers. I am still waiting for an answer... and there is no phone number to reach them.

I ordered a sweatshirt from Pixel Plug store on the 28th of November on a 5 to 15 working day delivery. It arrived 4 weeks later! I attempted to email them on two occasions to progress my order. I received no reply to the first and got a server rejection for the second.
So, the company is legit, but their delivery performance is atrocious. Buyer beware.

I was initially unsure, as I could find no reviews for the site. But I found a shirt design I liked, and gave it a go. The shirt arrived no problem and in reasonable time. If you were unsure about the shop, I at the very least got what I ordered.
