I uploaded a PDF, which, to be honest, wasn't fantastically high quality and certainly wasn't CMYK aligned, and they did an amazing job with awonderous turn around.

Made two orders for posters from Pixel 2 Print. The finished posters are high quality and look great. The files I sent were different sizes so had some communication with Pixel 2 Print before printing about how this would work. All in all I felt they were focused on ensuring I was happy with the final products and that my expectations were met. Posters were delivered in a reasonably sized, but secure, package without excess waste.

I recently ordered several posters at short notice. The items arrived on time and as described.

I would certainly use Pixel 2 Print again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Pixel 2 Print. I ordered three A1 prints, and when they arrived, there folds and cuts across the two images, making them completely unusable—especially heartbreaking as they were needed for a funeral.
When I raised a complaint, I was told by Liam that the damage was my fault due to supposedly not removing staples. I made it very clear—multiple times—that there were no staples on my originals. Despite several emails asking for the prints to be replaced (even though the funeral had already passed by this point) or for a refund—and offering to return the damaged prints—I received no help at all.
The customer service was honestly awful: dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for items that were clearly not fit for purpose.
As a result, I will now be raising a claim through my card provider, as I paid for a service I simply did not receive. I will not be using this company again, and I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

I have started a small balloon set up business and I was looking to get personalised poster printed and I was recommended pixel2print and im glad I did take the recommendation on board. There's variety of sizes to pick from. Amazing quality printing.
And a very friendly and helpful customer service. And I did place 2 more orders after that and I surely will do so in future too.
