I had a problem with a product that I didn't know how to use properly, so I was frustrated with it. However, the response from support was quick and I was finally able to use the product to my satisfaction, for which I am grateful.

The product arrive at time, I didn’t expect to coming soon. The only thing I have to say it’s that the adapter came i little bit dirty, I tasted and it doesn’t affect the final image.

I ordered two adaptor rings from Pixco. The items never arrived, despite the fact that I paid upfront, as is usual with online orders. They keep on sending me mails to give them feedback on their good service. I have replied to them them that I have not received their goods, but no response, just another mail asking that I rate their service on Trustpilot, hence this writeup. So beware, I would not recommend you buy from them. I do not not really what is going on, its either very bad service or a scam. But anyhow, I spent the money and got nothing in return.

Excellent filter adapter, fast shipping, huge selection.

He was going for a very long time. The adapter is not bad, but his doesn't work . How to contact the support team is unknown. I'm upset

The product I received is defective. I have tried to contact the company several times and to date I haven't received any response...

I HAVE MICRO 4/3 CAMERA SO NEEDED A SPEEDBOOSTER TO COPE WITH THE TELELPHOTO EFFECT RESULTING FROM A 4/3 SENSOR. I BOUGHT THE PIXCO .7 AND IT WORKS FINE EXCEPT THAT THEY HAVE NOT THE THREE FIXING SCREWS THAT WOULD ENABLE ROTATING AN ANAMORPHIC LENS SLIGHTLY TO ALIGN PERFECTLY WITH THE PIXCO. AS A RESULT MY ANAMORPHIC WIRE IS NOT VERTICAL AS IT SHOULD BE SO ALL MY FLARES ARE ON AN ANGLE. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL READ THIS AND ADD TE ADJUSTMENT SCREWS SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE.

This is the second request for feedback from Pixco on Trustpilot I have received for the same order. I would like to say something positive about the product I purchased and the service I have received but the truth is, it has been 19 days since I bought and paid for my item and I still haven't received it yet. Hopefully it will arrive this week.
