Thank you PixartPrinting !

Thank you PixartPrinting. I see a lot of bad comments. Unfortunately, humans are faster to drop a bad comment than a supportive comment. I just can tell that I am really satisfied by the service of Pixart Printing. Incredible quality for a very low price. There are fast for delivery. It is true, they are based in Italy and they have front desk in different countries. I ordered from Belgium. It took 1 day as from the production completion until delivery to my home. There are some frustrating aspects : chat is long to get connected, the phone number in Belgium does not work nowadays (in the past it worked), their system checking to ensure our document is in good shape always says the format is incorrect. Ensure you use the option to ask their designers to review and update your document (for 5€ it’s worth it). Then do not hesitate to really get in touch with them to ensure your order is progressing (definitely when you are in rush). I can only tell that general satisfaction is Great ! Thank you, PixartPrinting and the team. You do an amazing job ! Laurent, happy customer.
