This store is probably managing by mentally unstable person... You can send them as many emails as you want and they will never answer... At main page you can see many beautiful country flags - but be cautious, they doesn't represent anything (no shipping).... I have asked them if they can ship to my country and tryied to buy something, they didn't even respond and just BANNED ME !
Someone there must had a big fun.

They banned my account just because I asked if I could use cryptocurrency. This is the copied message they sent me:

The weirdest experience I have ever had shopping online..

Was gonna buy site doesn't even answer to u or emails bank transfer no thanks

Be careful, they are ignorant thieves.
I made the transfer for my order, and after some controversy, they closed my account and stole my money.. Ridiculous..
Don't buy from them! Stay away..

I made an order on a business day after business hours. I got an almost instant reply confirming the availability of my product upon which I immediately wired the money (and informed back). The next morning, I got an e-mail with an order update and in less than 10 business days, my order arrived. Seamless and fast!

I (unluckly) had not read this users reviews before so I bought a supplement in Pivht website. I only can say that is the most awful website experience I hace had.
Please avoid it and buy in another website if you don't want to be an old man when you receive your item that you bought when you was a child.
When you contact them you seem to be begging for attention, few words, little information, they answer you with monosyllables like "yes, no, maybe, it can ..."
unfortunate!!

Well, what to say.

You can place an order on the website. You get an automated instruction to pay by bank transfer.

Maybe 3-8 days later, the store staff will tell you if the product is available or not (after you may already have paid).

After making a bank transfer, you may wait 1-2 weeks before a reply from the store. Perhaps you believe they're not intending to send you the product.

If you wait... then wait... and wait a bit more... you get a reply of maybe 1-3 words from the store owner, telling you whether payment is received or not.

Then.... you will have to wait for another week before the owner sends your product. Then you can feel relieved it's at least sent.

I'd give this store 20 points out of 100.
1. The store owner isn't friendly.
2. IT TAKES SO DAMN LONG. It seems like this guy works 5 minutes per week. And even if you send hundreds of euros, he seems to doesn't give a F about his customers.
He doesn't seem to take his customers seriously.
3. Overpriced. Sometimes product quality seems iffy...

If you can buy your products somewhere else, do so. This store is bound to frustrate the S.h.i.t. out of you.
