Exceptional service from Claire, I messaged on social media regarding a travel stroller for my daughter who needed one on the larger side, I was offered 3 that hopefully could meet my needs, all different price brackets, I was offered to come to store & try my daughter in them which I did. Claire couldn’t have been more helpful & didn’t make me sway towards either, we weighed out the pros and cons of each stroller & I ended up going for the I-candy Pip, I am very happy with it & I just love it. The store is bright & immaculate, filled with top of the range baby products & gifts. All the staff are very friendly & happy to help. It’s a safe environment for kids also as the doors are safety closed from the inside making browsing easy if you have other kids with you which I did. Definitely worth a visit you won’t be disappointed & I will be back in the future. Thanks Claire for a top experience & all your professional advice.

Our experience was 10/10!! We bought our Pram, Car seat, Car seat base & furniture from Pitter Patter. The service from start to finish was outstanding! The staff are all lovely people who are very helpful- especially as we are first time parents and really appreciated all their help! They delivered all our items for a very small delivery fee and arrived exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend Pitter Patter Larne!

5 Stars aren't enough for an outstanding customer care provided by Clare. So helpful, so informatieve and carrying about her customers, goes extra mile to help making correct choice, imidiate replies phone/emails. I was confused by online pictures of multiple products, but she went extra mile to take a pictures on her phone and send it to me so it was a totally choice changer as I have choosed different product than was planning to purchase and so delighted!
There was a bit of delay with delivery only because of Irish DPD service, nothing to do with the shop at all.
Theres no words to describe how happy I am with the product. Looks even much better than on the pictures and top quality comparing to similar products that ive seen on Irish market.

We went into the shop to get ideas have a general look and no one was pushing us to buy left us alone to have a look around. The bundles and prices are the best we have seen so we asked for information on prices and how the prams etc worked and they took their time to explain everything in great detail and showed us everything a couple of times till we had it in our heads. If you want a look around you’ll have peace and if you’re wanting to know anything they will be able to explain everything. Such friendly and helpful staff and such a welcoming atmosphere it’s differently worth the drive down

I purchased an iCandy Core travel system from Pitter Patter, and within 3-4 months, I noticed significant issues with the wheels, making it difficult and heavy to push the pram. Upon contacting the store, I was initially advised to spray silicone on the wheels, which I found unacceptable given the pram's £1,500 price. Consequently, the pram was sent to their repair center, but it was returned with the claim that "nothing was wrong."

Despite this, the pram's issues persisted, forcing me to purchase another buggy. When I reported the worsening condition to the store, the pram was sent for repairs again, only to be returned weeks later with a notification from Niall that no faults were found, yet the wheels had been replaced. When I questioned the necessity of changing the wheels if there was no fault, Niall's attitude became patronizing, and our conversation ended abruptly, leaving me distressed.

I then engaged in extensive communication with Cumiskeys and iCandy without achieving a satisfactory resolution. When I informed Claire that I would not accept the pram back due to its deteriorating condition, I was offered an insulting £690 as a refund for a pram that cost me £1,450 and had been faulty since four months of use. Claire offered to round the refund up to £1,000 as a goodwill gesture, but this still leaves me £450 out of pocket and without a pram.

The stress and inconvenience caused by this situation are unacceptable, especially for a new mother. I do not recommend this store, as they failed to provide a full refund for a faulty product

They had run out of the item I had ordered so rang me offered to replace it with a more expensive version at the same price.

Well pitter patter baby has Avery good service.Fast service. As the product took 1/2 weeks delivery right next to your door. The product are also very nice quality are unexpected reasonable ,allover I like it

Excellent company excellent customer service. Replied quickly to questions I had sent via email. I couldn’t get the baby crib I really wanted in the uk. But Pitter Patter baby had it in stock and managed to get it shipped and delivered to me within 4 days. Will definately order from them again and highly recommend
