The product was delivered without instructions and the website was of very little help. I expected more from a product at this price. Very disappointed. Since posting this I received a response from the Company which indicates a good level of customer service and support. My low score was not meant to imply an unsatisfactory product only my concern at the lack of specific written instructions when first opening the order. I have yet to experience the operation of the GPS device to track my dog.
