Pitchground keeps improving constantly and consistently in bringing some real gems of a lifetime deal at a reasonable cost for their customers. I have purchased few great deals here like post pace, biteplay and Pagemaker. And the best part is that the founder Udit himself promptly responds to all queries and issues and the Facebook group is very active in lively resourceful discussions and webinars are organized regularly to help all users. Highly recommended!

No honest mistakes allowed; if you're a budding entrepreneur and you're doing everything yourself, make sure you redeem those codes in the 90 day window - otherwise, you're throwing money down the drain. Not much sympathy from PG. Two stars for good deals.

EDIT: You no doubt see PG's founder did indeed offer to respond; I sent him my email communications chain that was already in progress (twice) and received no response. Reducing to one star for that.

Unlike the most famous other hub... they are constantly listening to their users, helping their customers out of genuine generosity of spirit. And their executive officers are happy to take time to discuss matters personally, which is refreshing. This company has been nothing but a joy to deal with and I'd urge any entrepreneurs to not overlook them; you also get a full community board and regular quality webinars that go well beyond the products they sell.

Love Pitchground LifeTime Deals - always an exceptional value for the money & Most Important Their Customer Support Service - I am a regular purchaser of lifetime deals from Pitchground as I think it's a great way to experience new useful software. I had an issue recently where I had forgotten to activate my lifetime deal within the two-month period since I had a couple of Pitchground purchases I had bought around the same time. Pitchground Customer Support helped to reactivate the deal so that I did not lose the money I had paid for it despite their terms & conditions. This for me is an example of excellent customer support and appreciation of their customers.

Actually, there are lots of Life Time deals platforms but pitchground is exceptional, their business model is a little different though they sell lifetime deals but they also help us to make money online with lifetime deals, with series of growth webinars, events & training sessions, I learned my most of skills from these training sessions only. So I find more value in their business growth model because of it, I was able to acquire most of the customers and made money from my Lifetime deal purchases.

BACKGROUND
Lifetime deals or LTDs have been around for a few years and companies like AppSumo dominate the space. What was once known as a one time fee (wordpress) is now extended to SaaS products mostly and made available to customers. Most companies offering LTDs are new companies looking to get early customer feedback and fundraise in order to further their development. Most important thing to note here is that lifetime means life of the product which can sometimes be as less as a few months. So LTD buyers should manage their risks accordingly.

PITCHGROUND
Pitchground is a couple of years old but has had some good deals like VirusDie. There are also mediocre deals IMO but I think every LTD buyer should definitely make use of the 60 day refund period to fullg evaluate any purchase. If not satisfied, refund. Just remember though that most products might feel like they are lacking something. Remember these are new companies mostly so they are still building the products. Pitchground also runs discounts periodically.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Note here that PG support is different from Product support. Your product support experience might be different from one product to other but I'm writing this review to praise PG's customer support. Their webinars are very useful to evaluate a product but in addition to that, you get quicl and helpful responses from their team on multiple channels, email, facebook groups, messenger. Special shoutout to the founder Udit who responds to all messages as promptly as possible. It makes a huge difference when the core team is easily reachable and responsive.

Overall, LTDs are a gamble but platforms like Pitchground do spend time talking to founders, evaluating their offering, haggling a good deal for their customer base... just to ensure that they launch a good deal on their marketplace. You might invest in 10 deals but it needs 1 good deal to get all that money bacl and more. Kudos to the team at PG for bringing good deals at accessible pricing to the individuals, small businesses, and agencies

If you're a business owner or entrepreneur, Pitchground is your one stop shop for everything you need to grow your business. He is very responsive to request with aim to make customers happy.
