Update : Still did not get money, now after Rejected withdrawals ot is 0 balance.
Got in Chat : "Your account was inactive, and that’s why your balance was deducted. To restore it, you have to make a minimum deposit of 340 USD."
Account was inactive because they did not pay my withdrawal.
I have screenshots of that .
All withdrawals Rejecting without reason and 2 weeks not answering from support ! Chat operators always sent to mail support, which never answer.
Account verified , balance $779.
Try different amounts - always rejected in a few days.
So it looks like they do not want to pay .
I will write here when will get more updates, but I think the positive reviews here not true.....

I deposited small amount and I made a good profit. I tried to withdraw a smaller amount of my winnings which was rejected. I questioned the support that my withdrawal was blocked but a claim was made that they will look into it. After so many weeks without hearing from the support, I tried contacting the support again and was ignored for weeks. I also tried to withdraw my winnings again and this was also blocked. I like how straightforward the payouts are with CENTURY and 100 . It saves me the headache of dealing with unnecessary delays. Every time I've requested a withdrawal, it's processed without any stress.

I played with the welcome deposit bonus and started wagering through it. During this process, the restricted games list was updated twice, and the two games I had been using became restricted after I had already begun playing them. These titles were not listed as restricted when I started wagering. I acknowledge that in the terms they are able to ammend the terms whenever and without notice. I’ve never seen a casino do it this proactivelt however.

When I was near completing the wagering requirement, my withdrawal option was made unavailable, even though my account verification had already been completed. My wagering progress bar also dissapeared. At the time of writing, I still cannot withdraw.

Support responses have been slow for me, both on live chat and via email, with replies taking longer than expected or being ignored completely.

I’ve wagered bonuses with other offshore casinos in the past without issue. This has been my experience here, and I hope it is helpful for anyone researching the site.

Took crypto payments in minutes. Refused my £1000 payout on grounds that it could not verify my KYC as the images were not clear enough. They were high digital images of the required passport, proof of address, payment method and holding the passport myself. These were sent via email as the files were allegedly too big to upload. I contacted the live chat several times and was blatantly ignored. It took them 3 days to say my high definition photographs were not enough. A blatant lie. I informed them I would negatively review this on Trustpilot and they failed to answer or give any justification to their non payment. Pure con of a site.

I used Pitbet casino for 18 months, the only reason I used them this long was they paid a £350 withdrawal in July 2025. So, ah, I thought, finally, a Legit non GameStop casino!

I knew I’d win big at some point, and I’m not proud to say I’ve paid in £10/15k in that time. Finally, last week I won £10k, that’s it for me, wanted to withdraw and move on if I’m honest. So, requested the max £2k, rejected, tried again, rejected, contacted "support" via email and live chat. Ignored. This went on for 5 days. 7 rejection and not one comment from them.

Then "light bulb moment" I had also asked them to ban me on 12 occasions as I openly admit I have a gambling problem, all I wanted was a big win and get some money back :( they ignored every request, but, oddly enough respond to other queries instantly.

I never won that money, they have been abusing my addiction for 18 months with no intention of giving me any reward. I’m gutted, but please, don’t be me!

I have just had £550 taken from my account for supposedly playing a "forbidden" slot game and winning on it, they have taken every single penny I won, even the money on the games that are no "forbidden" they encourage you to play with a VPN then penalise you for winning. Do not waste your money

Unfortunately I have had to make a claim against Pit Bet as they have attempted to block my withdrawal. I was up £1630 which I was unable to withdraw, I tried to contact support and was ignored for weeks. I tried to withdraw my winnings in smaller amounts, this was also rejected. I was then given a bonus that I didn't want or ask for and told I couldn't cancel it or withdraw until I wagered it 30×. I have not spent any of it in the hope this will be void and one day I will receive my money. Stay well clear!

Really poor customer service tried to close my account with online chat but they said I had to email. 20 emails and 1 week later still no reply.
customer online chat apparently can't close the account but said they will inform the 'appropriate team' 10 times.
