WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I bought a pair of jeans in September of 2024, returned them, received notification of receipt of the return and I still have not been refunded. I exchanged countless emails with Pistola regarding my return and lack of refund. The representatives repeatedly told me they had errors in refunding my money to my Citicard, not one or two, but several emails. After two months of emails and excuses, I finally disputed the charge with Citicard. Pistola sent a refund for a separate order in a response letter to Citicard. Citicard denied my dispute and approved the charge. I have been in touch with Citicard and submitted all the correspondence, details of each order and the proof of purchase(s) without refunds. I am still waiting for Pistola to refund my money. On top of the lack of customer care, the lack of respect or ownership for their mistakes is incomprehensible. If you are ok with chasing money, returns, wasting your time writing to their "customer service", being treated poorly or losing money, go ahead, buy the jeans!
This just in - the newest email from Pistola in response to my inquiry on a refund from September when I asked for a specific date of refund on January 8th 2025:
"It will take sometime for our system to update, once it does we can issue the refund.
