My experience was effortless

My experience was effortless. From when I got to the viewing I was greeted with a warm welcome from Zak who showed me around the flat and gave me a list of pros and cons. I was sold just like that! The document process was user friendly and easy to get around. Highly recommended and Props to Zakaria Bouanod for his dedication!

Agent was very helpful

Our agent Zak was very helpful, even though we were disorganised ourselves. Didn't end up taking the rooms but couldn't have asked for more from Zak.

Great help from Ahmed

Ahmed made my experience with Pisoria better than expected in the end of my tenancy as he helped a lot with the moving out procedures and acted fast as required for the urgent matters.

Landlords don't use this company

Landlords - do not use this company.
Firstly, I agreed a fee rate with Andrew Saleh on the phone. No mention was made of any other fees but once they found a tenant I was hit with other fees I hadn't been informed about. Had I known about these extra fees I would never have agreed the fee rate I did. Very underhanded.
They charged over £2,000 for finding four tenants: each one of these was amongst the worst tenants I have ever had.
One had mental health problems and was abusive to other tenants.
One was so unhygenic that all the other tenants threatened to leave if he didn't go. Fortunately, he left.
One needed constant chasing for rent and his share of utility bills.
One wouldn't clean up his mess in the kitchen and elsewhere, putting dirty dishes in a clean dishwasher for example.
As I say, landlords, use this company at your peril!

Hi Rob - I’m sorry to note your comments and dissatisfaction. All of our landlord fees are clearly stated in our landlord contracts and on our website.
You asked us to provide a Let-Only service, so we were not at all involved or responsible for the behaviour or compliance of the tenants once they moved in - you kept this service with your long-standing and trusted property manager.
We found tenants for you rapidly during a period still heavily affected by Covid when many landlords had empty properties. We properly referenced and credit checked those tenants. Had you asked us to fully manage the tenancies we could have helped to chase and collect late payments, and deal with all tenant issues in the property. Unfortunately, since you did not ask us to provide this service this was left to your own property manager, and so we feel that it is more than a little unfair to criticise us for problems experienced under that management.
Nonetheless, I do hope that you have been able to resolve the difficulties that you are experiencing in your properties.

Nik was very professional, responsive, and helpful in my rental process. Moving from abroad is hard so it was great having someone help streamline the rental process for me. He was quick and diligent with moving things forward. Highly recommend and getting in touch with him!

I found one of their flats on SpareRoom…

I found one of their flats on SpareRoom and their agent Vivek helped me through the rental process. Everything went pretty smooth, but Pisoria could’ve been a bit more responsive regarding everything. Overall, a positive experience.

STAY AWAY FROM PISORIA

Like many of us I had an ok experiencing signing up. They were amazing when it came time to confirm me to sign. But like other people have mentioned once you sign you are on your own.

Pisoria has one of the worst customer service ethics I've ever come across.

As a company they are neglectful and they really don't care about anything but money.

My flatmate and I reached out to them via email since October and have been ignored to this day and we moved out last month (everything was broken before I moved in).
- They canceled the cleaner that barley came on every two weeks and continued to charge us. We only found out because my flatmate called the landlord and they said that this "Alex" person told them they would save money by cancelling but we were never notified when we confronted them about it that's when they started to ignore us. We were charged throught for a cleaner that never came. I put my notice in and they responded by continuing to ignore us but serving my flatmate with notice to leave the same time as me.
- I Would recommend that you only speak to these people via email to have what they say as proof in writing so that they don't lie on you.
- They will do whatever they want, scheduling "investigations" without giving you the reason but coming in whenever they please.
- When it came time for viewings that was even more ridiculous. They sent someone called Anthony who only gave us the legal 24 hours notice for one viewing. One time he confirmed a 6 o clock viewing and showed up at 7 with no notice at all. Again TERRIBLE customer service.

To this date they have not reached out to myself or my flatmate about the services in our MA that are contractually meant
To be there but they don't provide. Nothing about the money they owe us but will expect you to follow the rules.

I've put a full complaint through the property redress scheme everything mentioned here.
