Horrible experience. Unethical. Impossible to get refund. DO NOT USE.

We booked a car service from Tasch to Malpensa, prepaying 399 EUR. Upon confirmation, the service provided two phone numbers to reach out to if any changes had to be made (+39 348 274 6528 or +39 340 647 2987).

The day before our scheduled trip, more than 24hrs before pickup time, due to a flight delay we realized we had to change the pickup time by 2.5hrs. I called both provided numbers repeatedly, but no one picked up. They simply do not pickup their phone.

Now they are refusing a refund, saying I cancelled too late, but this is only because they don’t pick up their own phone!

What an excellent service ! 12 of us booked travel from Pisa airport to Castello Di Montalto on 6th June for our son and daughter-in-law‘s beautiful wedding. we had 2 beautiful people carriers and The guys were very very helpful both on the way out and then on our return on the 9th.They could not have done more ! Highly recommend and very grateful xxx

I wrote a longer review but this site wouldn’t accept the date of this experience from the embedded calendar! In summary, our experience with Pisa Airport Transfer was excellent. 4 of us were transferred to and from central Florence from/to Pisa airport on 6 and 9 April 2025. The Mercedes people carriers were immaculate; both drivers were friendly and helpful; and importantly arrived at or a little before the agreed pick up times. The transfers were not cheap but in my view reasonable value for the excellent service we received.

WARNING!! Did not turn up leaving us stranded at our hotel. Service manager hung up on me when I called for help. Had to arrange a last minute taxi through our hotel. DO NOT USE!
