i trade my knife for few weapon skin…

i trade my knife for few weapon skin but one of the skin are not able to trade because its says that maybe the bot that have the skin are ban or the skin are rollback. now i contact support, I say to them that "you already have my knife and i only have half of the weapon skin" then i say that "if I cant get the skin ill rollback my knife skin and you can rollback your skin" the respond from the support threaten says
"1 - A 30-day trading restriction.
2 - A permanent trade ban on your account.
3 - A full Steam account suspension and loss of your game library."
now they say that im "Using Trade Protection for a legitimate trade you've changed your mind about is considered abuse by Valve". I already keep my end of the bargain and they didnt. Now keep in mind i wait 3 days for the skin, what if on the 2nd days the collection are remove and the price go up, you cant wait to get this skin and on the 3rd days you want to claim the skin and they say "Unfortunately, we are unable to withdraw some of your skins due to a skin rollback / bot ban.
You can exchange the skins for others or receive a refund to your balance." this is what it says and the support team says that "just wait 10 - 15 min" and its already been 2 hours. the skin that i want only cost about 38$ this is small trade but they already threaten my steam acc because i say "ill do rollback and they can rollback the skin that i already take". they only assist after they threaten, what if the skin price go up and they refund you the same amount last time you trade, then now you want to get the same skin but the price already go up ( this is what if we never know). if you want to trade with them just make sure the skin have no tade lock or maybe 24h time because if you wait for 7 or in my case 3 days the bot that have your skin can get ban or rollback to previous owner. The support team keep saying "The reason you only have 'half' the trade right now is that the $38 skin you're waiting for has a Steam trade lock" but the steam time already hit 0, i fell like the support team just pass around when they cant handle it because i already send the screenshot on the 1st report and i believe they ignore all that and keep saying you have to wait, the last conversation the support guy keep saying to "wait the steam time hit 0" if the steam time haven't hit 0 i will not be able to take the screenshot, you cant even click the skin, because it says "untradable" this is your website don't you know how it work ?( In PirateSwap if you have trade some skin but the skin you trade have trade lock, for the whole time the skin are trade lock you cant even click claim on the skin) At that point i just ignore the support team because it doesn't look like they trying to help. ill be honest i trade with few website like skinmonkey, DMarket and TradeIt.GG even with the trade hold when you want to claim it its there it didnt disappear. Ill be honest even if this PirateSwap have lower like about 10% trade lost, ill take the 18% lost on skinMonkey next time if there is specific sticker or charms on the skin. very bad 1st trade impression.

Regarding the unavailable skin and potential price changes

When a skin becomes unavailable due to a bot ban or rollback (situations beyond our control), we always refund the full purchase price to your site balance. This ensures you are never at a loss - you can use this balance to purchase the same skin again or choose a different one. We can confirm that a refund was processed for your transaction.

Sold an item they didn't have - Avoid!

I traded my skins for a Skeleton Knife Vanilla, but PirateSwap failed to deliver it because their bot was banned/rolled back. Even though it was 100% their fault, they refused to provide a replacement or a full refund. Instead, they gave me back less than the current site price for the same knife, basically asking me to pay extra to fix their own technical error. They sell "ghost items" they don't actually secure. Terrible customer service and unfair policies. Avoid at all costs!

Not Trading Me My Cases I Bought

Bought a ton of cases last week. The lock was up and I tried to get them traded into my steam inventory, but they are no longer allowing this function because of a bot issue. The cases have now increased in price and I'd like them in my steam inventory.
