We love using Pirate Ship. They make it easy, inexpensive...and fun! Yes, the pirate theme is silly, but on a busy day, the combination of efficiency and silliness is very welcome. Pirate Ship also has excellent customer service, a rare thing these days. Highly recommended.

I've been using Pirate Ship for many years and have consistently had no problems and much reduced shipping costs. So convenient!

Don't know who these people are and don't care, but NEVER use them! Obviously, DEI hires that cannot read or write English! ASK about the shipper before you buy anything that is shipped thru this outfit! If they use Pirateship, buy somewhere else!

First of all, they flag my account and I just opened it. I had to talk to customer service they want to be all nosy asking what I’m shipping to whom show proof what I’m shipping what website I’m shipping from

Pirate ship was paid to ship one roll of fabric to a customer and it was shipped to a different address in a different city.
The package was labelled correctly to a customer in Houston, Texas and was somehow delivered to a location Kansas City, Kansas.
I have been in constant contact with Pirate Ship and rather than correct the situation they charged me unwarranted and bizarre additional fees to cover the cost of delivering to an incorrect and unknown address.

I have used Pirateship.com for several years now. I am very happy with it and have never had any problems. You can see the status of your packages and search for shipments easily. It's easy to get the Media Mail, Bound and Printed, and hazardous materials options. You don't pay for labels you don't use (unlike Amazon). The rates are the same as Amazon and eBay, but with more accurate shipment stats than Amazon.

I have had to cancel postage (incorrect address) and the process was seamless

I was asked to do a mailing to 154 individual people. I had everyone's address on an excel spreadsheet. I had no idea where to start. I started a chat and the people who service the chat were exceptional. They showed me how to upload the spreadsheet. I didn't just access chat once for this project but like 10 times! Once when I was actually in the store purchasing the labels making sure I was purchasing the correct ones, I sent them a picture, and they confirmed I had the right ones. Every chat was helpful, friendly and supportive. I could not have done this project without them! I was so incredibly grateful for their help!

Pirate Ship took the time to identify all of the things that suck about all of their competitors and built a platform that doesn't have any of these pain points.

Pirate ship is the most convenient and cost-effective way to ship packages from home. The rates are incredible, the site is easy to use and I'm 100% satisfied. This is really a blessing for me to have the service available to me since I've been selling off a lot of my collectibles and I send care packages to my sons.
I promote this business to everybody I know that mails things out other than first class envelopes, and for some reason they're just too lazy or stupid to not take advantage of this outstanding service. Well, if they want to pay full boat that's on them, but not me! Pirate Ship saves me a lot of money. So hoist those sails and cast off to the Sea of low prices.

I’ve been using Pirate Ship for quite a while, and this week I made a mistake that was completely my own fault.

I incorrectly labeled a shipment as hazardous material, which caused all of my packages to be returned. I reached out to Pirate Ship expecting nothing more than some guidance, knowing full well the error was mine.

Instead, their customer support went far beyond anything I expected. Emily took the time to explain what happened, treated me with kindness instead of judgment, and found a way to help me recover from my mistake. They had absolutely no obligation to do that, yet they chose to.

In today’s world, it’s easy to find companies with competitive prices and good software. What’s much harder to find is a company that genuinely values its customers and empowers its employees to do the right thing.

Mistakes happen. What defines a company is how they treat people afterward. Pirate Ship earned my trust, my loyalty, and my business for years to come.

If you’re looking for a shipping platform backed by outstanding customer service and people who truly care, I can’t recommend Pirate Ship highly enough.

I’ve been with PirateShip for years and wouldn’t change our shipping services with them for anything! No reason to when they provide the lowest shipping prices without a monthly service fee💯❤️

I used Pirate Ship to ship my personal luggage during a cross-country move. Two of my packages containing over $100,000 worth of belongings including gold jewelry and personal possessions have been missing for nearly a month.
Here is what Pirate Ship actually did:
UPS told me Pirate Ship must contact them as the account holder to open a tracer. Pirate Ship said they cannot do that. UPS said only Pirate Ship can do it. I went in circles for weeks.
Pirate Ship's own manager admitted in writing they have limited situations where they can help with UPS interceptions but refused to act for me. They submitted reroute requests proving they CAN contact UPS but refused to open the tracer investigation UPS required.
A claim was opened for one package and voided, appearing to have been voided by Pirate Ship without telling me.
I have filed complaints with the NJ Attorney General, FTC, and BBB. I am now pursuing legal action for breach of contract.
Pirate Ship will take your money, lose your packages, and then tell you there is nothing they can do while directing you in circles until you give up. I will not give up. Do not trust them with anything valuable.

Do not trust these criminals. I used UPS via Pirateship to ship two large boxes from Hawaii to North Carolina. After my boxes have been shipped back and forth twice, UPS is holding them hostage and not allowing me to pick them up. Pirate ship is literally no help. “There’s nothing we can do” while employees promise me to submit a hold for pickup. Over one month and $1,000 later, I don’t have my packages.

Great customer service. Taylor seriously is amazing. I had reached out to Pirate ship for help and turns out they didn’t even do anything wrong, and it was my/USPS mistake. But Taylor took the time to keep tracking the package and follow up with me when it was delivered. So thoughtful and I definitely wasn’t expecting it!!
