Really positive experience with PIP Services. The course was well structured and easy to follow alongside work, and the support throughout was very helpful whenever I needed it. Communication was clear and timely, and I always knew where I stood.

I just wanted to share a bit of feedback after using the IWFM Certificate course resources.

Overall, the material was easy to follow and helped me understand the key topics. The structure of the course made it straightforward to go through each module, and I liked how the examples linked back to real workplace situations.

That said, a few things could be improved:

Some of the links in the materials didn’t work, which made it harder to access extra information.

A few more visuals or diagrams would help make the content more engaging.

Some parts of the modules repeated the same information, which slowed things down a bit.

Even so, I found the course helpful and would recommend it to others. Thanks for putting together a solid learning resource!

I have just completed my NVQ Lvl 6 Construction managers Course and with the way PIP Services had organised the course made it more pleasurable than daunting to complete. From providing information on how to organise my work resources and a concise instruction to be able to upload my works and positive feedback.

Ricky was very engaging and knowledgeable, especially with his personally provided summary workbook on the main topics that needed to be covered. This enabled me to feel confident going into the SEATS exam to pass the qualification.

The staff were very professional and the centre was very organised. The app recommended was very helpful.
