Deceptive Marketing and Hidden Costs

I am reporting Pipospidey for deceptive practices and false advertising. I purchased a "Deadpool 3" costume from their site, heavily influenced by their relentless marketing tactics: a never-ending discount timer and pop-ups falsely claiming dozens of orders per minute, "There are 54 people viewing this product right now." etc. Reviews aren't verified in any way, actually it's "Write a review to get 10% off any order"

Most crucially, their owner explicitly assured that "all US tariffs and import fees are taken care of."
The reality was a brutal shock. Weeks later, I was contacted by the shipping carrier with a bill for over $160 in unexpected tariffs and processing fees, directly contradicting the seller's guarantee. When I contacted Pipospidey, they refused to honor their promise, leaving me legally obligated to pay the fee to receive my package.

This financial sting prompted me to investigate. I quickly found the identical "premium" Deadpool 3 costume being sold on ProCosplay site for a fraction of the price. Pipospidey is not a custom workshop; they are a dishonest dropshipper applying massive markups on generic products and lying about the true cost of import to their customers. This is a scam operation preying on unsuspecting fans.
