Outstanding Customer Service at PiPi Tea
I recently ordered some Oolong Tea from PiPi Tea. After doing so, I panicked, afraid I had inadvertently signed up for a subscription, something my online purchasing experience has taught me to avoid at all costs. (Many companies have taken to tricking the unsuspecting customer into a subscription that comes too frequently and is difficult to cancel.) In my panic, I emailed PiPi Tea customer service asking if I had an active subscription. Less than an hour later, Tessa reached out with understanding and kindness. She then passed me on to Kim who was able to quickly confirm I did NOT have an active subscription, just a one-time order. Both women were professional, informed, well-spoken and nice! How reassuring to find competent, speedy and sympathetic support! I hope I enjoy the tea and have reason to re-order in the future! I appreciate both women for their time and assistance!

I was upset by the online purchase system. I didn't want a subscription yet, I would like to try it and work it into my life. I want to taste it before I subscribe but ended up with one. Although I haven't gotten my tea yet, what I read about it and all the great reviews, I decided to order and see how it goes. It was super easy to order and the website has a lot of good information on the product that made it worth my time and money to give it a try. Everything made my experience great. From the initial opening of the package, seeing this deep, burgundy color, the aromatic aroma just urging me to brew a cup. The taste was clean and pure with a deep yet mellow flavor. I kept it clean. No sugar. I loved it. I loved it so much another cup was in store. I look forward to trying it cold too.
Knowing the practice they preach to provide a superior product also increases my desire to consume.

I love the Hisbiscus tea
I love the Hisbiscus tea! I drink my tea iced and use a couple of packets of Splenda in it. It is delicious! Also, I had a question so I sent an email and Kim responded pretty much immediately. A double order was put in somehow and changed to my CC.
Very prompt response from John. Very understanding and cordial.
Offered a solution with giving back a 20% discount for time and trouble. Because order was already in transit it couldn't be stopped, or I could wait to get it and then return for full refund..but of course that would entail more cost with shipping.
