At first,all was good
At first,all was good. A pop up came as I was checking out. I accidentally checked the buy option and I couldn’t get back to change it. My bill is more than I can afford. I feel like I have been scammed buying a pig in a poke. I thought I would be a long time customer,but that opportunity was dissolved because I have too much tea and the last one I‘ordered’ I can’t use because of one of the ingredients.
Anyway, good luck with your products. If you have a return policy, I will consider returning the unwanted product.

Customer service!! After I placed my order last week, I realized that I’d made a mistake by ordering expedited delivery which wasn’t necessary. The customer service person was very respectful and changed the order right away(?name=Lourde)
Very kind.. then when I connected with Kazel, I was also thrilled to connect with such a humble but also inspired member of the team! She is doing her dream work!

Customer service at Pipitea is exceptional. I recently received a reoccurring order of tea from Pipitea and realized I had way too much tea. Salman was extremely helpful in resolving my concerns. I was given two options, return for full credit or keep the order and receive a partial refund. Either way it is a win for me. I am more than satisfied and will be ordering again when my tea runs low.

I am happy to have the opportunity to tell you how pleased I am with your hibiscus tea. You are first impressed with the love and care that goes in to your presentation and packaging. It is elegant and thorough. When the first bag comes in contact with the hot water, it immediately turns the beautiful red you hope to see with hibiscus. I have tried other brands and none have produced such an immediate and bright result. The first sip is also a new experience, as it is smoother, with no acidic after taste , and you are not reaching for honey or any additive to improve on the flavor. We could not be happier with our purchase. I am also excited to see the overall health benefits; especially, in my skin, as I am 82 years old. Thank you for making PiPi Tea available online.

Cip and the staff of Pipi Tea company assisted me in canceling my subscription and returning my refund without any hesitation due to my unforseen circumstances. I stopped drinking coffee last December because the acid was irritating my stomach. I am able to drink Pipi Oolong tea on an empty stomach with no discomfort and find it very energizing without jitters. I like the light honey taste and drink it without adding any sweeteners. Maria was very kind to send my all the benefits of Pipi Oolong tea and I'm very impressed.

I contacted pipi tea in a panic because I received an email that said I was receiving another order soon and I had just received one. I can't afford more at this time. Kim reassured me that I wasn't receiving an order anytime soon. She gave me my choices and didn't pressure me. She made me feel very comfortable. That is what makes me to use a product again. Not the high pressure sales speel I get from most companies.
