Every Time I have ordered, the product is delivered in good timing. And all of the product I ordered is in the box. Their prices are good and I am totally delighted with their good packaging and delivery.

Never had a problem arrive to UK in a timely manner , fair pricing and help with what I need. ( melatonin helps aid sleep ) and children melatonin gummies help my neurodivergent child

my Google crashed, out for 48 hrs before reinstored. McAfee showed three attempts to steal my account. Beware.

My initial order and now the replacement order has been delivered to the wrong address. I was assured this would not happen again. Unfortunately my neighbors are not honest and keep my orders. Won't be ordering from them again.

After performing a digital footprint scan on MalwareBytes, I discovered a serious data breach of personal information from the PipingRock.com website. This includes: Full name, Address, Telephone number, Date of birth, and Age. I've since discovered today that it also includes credit my card number too! After contacting PipingRock support, they have not shown any due concern about this or conscience. I was informed as follows: "Following expert legal guidance and a thorough assessment of the data involved, it was determined that notification to customers was not required under UK data protection law." - with such a serious breach of personal and financial information, it's at least goodwill to notify all customers in order so they can be aware, and prevent potential financial loss or identity fraud. The email response I received was an appalling contemptuous reply, showing no conscience, only evading responsibility. I strongly advise no one to trust this company or their website store.

I am from Australia and have purchased from this company for a few years . In my last order of 4 bottles of magnesium (2+2), I only received 2 bottles. When I contacted them they said the order was filled correctly and that seems to be the end of it.
I was always prepared to pay extra as I thought their product would be superior.
So now I am out half of my order, lost money on my order, lost money on exchange rate and lost money on international shipping.
You don’t have to wonder why their approval rating is so dismal
Avoid them and buy elsewhere..

Always very happy with my order and products are good. I spend roughly £150 a month with them (on a metabolic cancer treatment programme)
Delivery is expensive but includes taxes and shipping to the UK so it’s expected.
Happy they have no introduced a loyalty points programme so I can save a few quid here and there.

onlineshop is programmed on superoffer - if you click under aLL PRODUCTS and place in search the article you wish, you get back to superoffer - thank you I wil not order more which I did for more than 15 yaers and thousand of euro's - I can get my necesseties in a smoother way than beeing readressed to your supwer offer. Bad for the company

We now have bought three products from Piping Rock. If the product comes from abroad it will cost more and take a bit longer but the overall price is good. As with any online supplements, it needs a bit of savvy but as an eighty year old I had no problem if I dont rush.....Goods using Aramex went to Royal Mail and then to us, so it 'arrives' at Royal Mail first....

Relatively fast delivery to Australia. Product good. I will use the service again.

I have ordered some vitamines and after a week, i have been bombarded with tons of spam emails allover the world. Later i discovered some news that they have been hacked and all customers email was sold on dark web. From that moment i receive 50-60 spam mails daily. The company never sent any apology or warnings that they have been hacked. I am not ordering anything from them anymore.

Positive Review for Piping Rock

First, let me say that this is NOT one of those fake reviews. I have been ordering my Curcumin that is Turmeric based for several years and have always had great service. I live in the UK and used to order by phone to the US. Now I can order from the UK, but the shipment comes from the US. I order once a year and my order arrives in a few weeks. I order 800mg capsule with 180 in each bottle. I'm sorry so many people have had a bad experience. I've always been very pleased with this company.

This company is absolutely scam !
3 weeks wait for the package that on the shop app showed in transit and out for delivery ! And never arrived !
After contacting piping rock customer service , they said we can refund your money !!

I order from Piping Rock regularly. Yes postage is slightly expensive, but it’s being shipped from the US so that’s expected. The product itself is great, I order gummies for my Son. My order is usually dispatched fairly quickly and I haven’t had any issues to date. My go to place for my Son’s gummies, thank you ⭐️

I'd give zero stars if I could.
My package never arrived and the company just kept telling me to contact the delivery service. I would avoid this company in the future.

Shocking service!
I placed an order, paid £5.80 for delivery. After 2 weeks I had yet to receive the parcel so I followed up. The shipment was marked as delivered and when I queried this with Customer Service they told me I had to contact the courier, Aramex who are also appalling!
I advised that I did not purchase the product from Aramex and they should follow up, they informed me that I had to follow up with Aramex directly. I will never buy from this company again.

Great company received my vitamins and will reorder again

Ordered items on 27 aug with shipping 6-10 days shipped 28 arrived in uk on 3rd and everything stalled asked customer services for help told i picked a long delivery of 14-20 days and to wait which was wrong and then next day told it was 6-10 days and there on way well 9th sept the items have gone back the US and i have had nothing delivered. no idea what’s happening so will have to file chargeback with bank tomorrow. Update there now saying 20 business days item not moved since 9th sept !
