I was a customer of this company for 2 years. After two years I cancelled the contract by providing written notice by email last July. I provided proof of this written notice on at least two separate occasions including to the CEO of the company to which I received no reply.

They never reached out to me on any occasion to discuss why I was cancelling. They never responded to my emails. They chose to instead go to collection to collect a debt for a service I cancelled.

Desperate actions by a company that clearly has their priorities in the wrong place. Perhaps they should be more focused on customer service before they lose their clients.

I would not recommend this company.

pipeliner is a best sales crm that have helped alot to sell
