I ordered the Ultimate Bundle (digital) from Pipdecks, but unfortunately, after several weeks, I still cannot access the Pipdecks app to use what I purchased. I’ve tried reaching out to their team via chat, WhatsApp, and email. Aside from a single response suggesting I check my spam folder—which I had already done—I haven’t received any helpful follow-up.
I’ve taken all the logical steps to resolve the issue on my own, but I still haven’t received a login link. This has been quite frustrating, as I was really looking forward to using the decks. I hope Pipdecks can address this issue and help me gain access soon.

After five weeks, the order still did not arrive, and there is still no ETA.
I ordered the decks for an upcoming event being held in January and wanted to use the time over the holidays to dive deep into them. Now I had to prepare everything the old fashioned way and hope, that they will arrive someday, so that I can finally start the return process...

Don't trust when they say that they provide a MIRO template for the Innovation deck, they don't...
And to make matters worse they still haven't responded to me about how to setup a return of the physical cards.
I agree with the other reviewers that call this a bait and switch as it wasn't until I am returning the cards that I'm informed that the money back guarantee only counts for the physical deck, but it didn't state that in the e-mail to confirm my order, but then again, they might provide what looks like rudimentary templates for their other decks but for the innovation decks, THEY DO NOT.
I clicked randomly on each card once logged in where it says "app" and there's even the audacity to show instruction that says to "copy this template" but all you see are digital images of the cards and... nothing else. I'm sure one or two if I look hard enough may have a template, but that's NOT what was advertised.
When some companies get many orders around Black Friday they might tell you if there may be a delay... (mind you, mine was ordered a day after when I thought they were sending an e-mail saying that they were going to honor the previous price.)
Not only did the cards arrive a week later (past an event when I was going to use them) I am still waiting to see if I can even do the process to return these cards because I get an error when they tell me to use a link they provided me in an e-mail. They don't provide me with a phone number or any other way to return the cards, so since I have to leave in a week for a few months, I am likely going to be stuck with these cards...
UPDATE: Nice email that they’re looking into it and have refunded me since I couldn’t use their products:

In the meantime, I’ve gone ahead and processed a refund for both the digital and physical decks. Even though I’ve refunded the digital deck, I’ve left your access active so you can continue to use it. I’ll update you with any further information I receive from the internal team.
I’m truly sorry that your physical Innovation Tactics deck didn’t arrive in time for your test. This isn’t the experience we wanted for you, and I sincerely apologise for the delay in resolving this matter.

At first glance these tools seem pretty nice but once I started using them I realized how much they open your mind and help you understand so many human behaviors! So far, so good!! absolutely worth every penny. The digital version includes Miro/Mural boards and tutorial videos which are the perfect complement for the cards (a great unexpected bonus!)

Great product with great support. It's like all of human problem solving knowledged in a few decks of cards. I first got them during the pandemic when I had to figure out how to facilitate online. And I've become a huge fan - and encourage everyone to try them out. Quick and complete customer service. ongoing resources and support. Definitely worth getting the full package!
I ordered the full package on November 29th, and it still hasn't arrived (December 14th).
The company is not responding to emails or social media messages.
I assume I will need my card provider to issue a refund.
I cannot comment on the product quality, but the customer service is nonexistent.

Completely unsatisfied with my entire experience with Pipdecks.
I ordered physical and digital decks as a part of their Black Friday 2024 promotion. Initially, I only was going to order the physical decks, but on the checkout page, It clearly states “30 Day Risk Free Trial - If you aren’t 100% happy - return within 30 days for a full refund”, So I decided to buy both.
After noticing my package was in a ‘label printed, USPS awaiting package’ status, I reached out to customer service to have them look into it 3 times. The collective response was ‘we appreciate your patience, we’ll look into it’. Two weeks after the order and no progress on my package, I requested a refund.
The next day, they said they couldn’t process the refund because - the product had shipped.
At that point, the offered an additional discount due to the delays. I said I would consider it and I requested a refund on the digital only portion. That request was denied and I was referred to their refund policy.
The refund policy page states that digital decks are excluded from the return guarantee. This is 100% in conflict with what is on the checkout page, making me feel totally mislead.
After pointing out this conflict to customer service, I got a canned email referring me back to the refund policy, and that “they truly value my feedback and will share with the internal team, we hope for your understanding in this matter”
At this point, I’ve sent an email to the CEO of the company to see if he will help, as customer service has been unable to do so in a a satisfactory manner. Hopefully he can make this right.

I can't speak on the quality of the product as I bought this product a gift for my girlfriend but the customer service I received was top notch. My package was dispatched from Seattle and somehow ended up in Alaska. I live in California so I was worried my package was gonna get lost in the North Pole and I would have to rely on Santa to fly his sleigh over to my parents house to somehow drop the package in time for Christmas. Luckily Ino was there to help and followed up with the carrier to ensure the product made it to my house in Calfornia where it belongs. Now my gf will be happy knowing that she received her gift in time for Christmas.
