Recommended School App
Our Piota app has been helpful with home-school communication over the past few years, but has excelled during lockdown. We still use our website & social media for PR, but all important messages and surveys come from the app, because we know they are pushed directly to parents without them having to go and look for them. The app also contains our website updates and online diary so it's a one-stop shop for parents.
On past snow days, the use of the app has reduced workload for the school office (in receiving calls etc.) to almost zero.
It's easy to use and multiple staff members have access to it and use it.
There is some lag at times (hence the 4 stars rather than 5) but I know updates to deal with this are coming.
They're great people to work with too - customer service is great!
We've been with Piota for four years and have recently signed up for a new contract.
