Very bad and unprofessional service

I visited PIOskincare at pioskincare.com and had a decent experience. The atmosphere is calming and the treatments are effective, showing results after one session. The staff is friendly and professional, and their products are high quality. However, while the treatments and products are good, I wouldn't say they're life-changing. Overall, it's a solid salon but not extraordinary. 3 stars.

I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the lack of professionalism and disregard for my skin's well-being displayed by the owner, whom I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with.

As a regular patron of facial treatments, I have visited numerous clinics in the past, but never before have I encountered such a disappointing and distressing experience. I have a T-zone, very sensitive skin that tends to be acne-prone, and it is crucial for me to receive treatments and use products suitable for my specific skin type.

To my astonishment, during my first visit to PioSkincare, the owner showed a complete lack of concern regarding which products were being applied to my skin. It was evident that she had not bothered to assess my skin type prior to commencing the procedure (:.. she proceeded without even removing my makeup, claiming to "know my skin type" and "trust my products" without allowing me to provide any input or describe my concerns). Despite my attempts to explain my skin concerns and needs, she disregarded my input entirely.

Furthermore, when I voiced my concerns about the unsuitability of the products planning to be used on my skin, the owner dismissed my worries and suggested exchanging the treatment for products that were also incompatible with my skin type!? This displayed a profound lack of knowledge and understanding of proper skincare practices.

Adding to my frustration, when I inquired about the ingredients in the products, which the owner herself claimed to have created, she was unable to provide any answers. Instead, she arrogantly stated that she knew better and expected blind trust from me.

I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional conduct exhibited by the owner of PioSkincare Clinic. It is essential for skin care professionals to prioritize the well-being of their clients and demonstrate a thorough understanding of different skin types and suitable treatments.

This situation has left me feeling disheartened. As a client, I believe that skincare professionals should prioritize my well-being and demonstrate a genuine care for their clients' needs. However, the owner seemed more interested in selling their products than providing me with honest and personalized care.

Additionally, I am still awaiting the promised refund that was assured to me. Despite the owner's assurances, the refund hasn't reached me, adding to my growing frustration and disappointment.

Sarah has been given me unbelievable treatments and her products are amazing!

I went to Pio Skincare for one oxygen lift treatment and was amazed by Sara's skills and the great results. The products used are organic and Sara explained very well their functions and benefits for the skin. After the treatment, I was happily surprised by my skin, it looked brighter and healthier. I had many sun marks and scars and just after the first treatment I could see the difference. I am now having a treatment every month and it is always a pleasure and a big benefit for me because I am using less and less make up as my marks/ blemishes are almost all gone. So, I highly recommend Pio Skincare for the results and of course for Sara who is really passionates by what she does and this can be seen through the treatments and care she gives to you.

Went for an Oxygene lift treatment and was honestly bluffed by the results. My skin was lifted and fine lines definitely reduced. I have also been using their collagen serum for a month now, the consistency is amazing and it fits my skin needs ❤️ Sarah is sweet, helpful and professional

I love coming to the salon and enjoying my oxygen treatment with Sarah already for 2 years. She is a passionate , generous and a great professional, very sweet and pleasant to talk to. she loves job she is doing. She has an individual approach and you can clearly see that the customer is in the center of everything she does. She advised me on a skincare products and adjusted the treatment to get the maximum results, my skin has improved significantly. Plus she cares about our planet and all her products our ecological.

Sarah provided really professional advice and trearment to my skin conditions. After the oxygen treatment, I can see a very clear difference on my face, especially I have some black spots and pore issues, I can see the improvement right away. Really enjoyed the treatment and highly recommend it!

Sarah is really nice and very generous. But what I really love about Pio is its concern with sustainable products. The products are not wrapped in plastic and everything you buy is with Nature in mind. I really love the products! Great value

Fantastic products and services
Sarah is amazing during my travel to Copenhagen came across her beautiful salon. And the energizing serum is a miracle because I wear little to no make up and this formula just hydrates and makes my skin come alive. I am going to be enjoying this product and more going forward in the future! She will ship it to you! Thank you Sarah for all your help and creating such a high quality product.
