I created an account on this platform and funded it using my debit card. After my first deposit, I was told I had to wait 10 days before I could withdraw. I then made an additional deposit of $350 and also completed a wire transfer of $525, which was credited to my account successfully.
When it was finally time to withdraw, I was initially told the withdrawal was successful. Shortly after, I received an email stating that my KYC verification had failed and my account had been closed just like that.
I reached out to support, only to be told to check my email. That’s when I found out I would have to wait up to 2 months to get my money refunded to the original payment method. The account was closed on the 5th of April 2026 and I’m expected to wait for a refund to be initiated on the 4th of June 2026.
It’s frustrating and makes no sense, my debit card deposits were processed instantly and even the wire transfer was completed in less than 24 hours. But when it comes to refunding my money i’m now expected to wait 2 months all because of the so-called compliance team made such decision and they won’t even reply to my emails.

DO NOT USE THIS!
I put in $1,000 to test it and when I sold it, it came out as about $1,300, which was great. Now it is tax time and they are saying that I sold almost $13,000 with no recorded purchase price, meaning that I am on the hook for $13,000 tax bill for a $300 gain. This information was based on my accountant reading the yearly tax reports that Webot provides.
They didn't think this through and now I am paying because of it.

They won't send my entire 2025 transaction history to me in a format that a cointracker service can read. Tech support just said take your tax report to a tax advisor. Shameful.

Even though I didn't like the answer given, I was impressed that I was able to contact someone quickly with concise questions and and provided with concise accurate answers. That's hard to come by these days in the crypto world. I'm thankful to pionex for providing a real person not an AI answer technical questions without excessive hoops and long waits.
I asked a question to their customer service on a weekend and I got a response within a couple minutes. That is outstanding!
No. Just No. If you want my Personal Info, even if it is for the IRS, you will make the availability of said service available on all your platforms, I will NOT continue using this service if they even attempt to respond Android/IOS only. I have verified myself with countless other financial sites on my computer screen, and to find this WeBot (Formerly Pionex) has no capability of that is a LARGE red flag. Be careful people, they are after that 24% of your holding you have at their mercy. PayPal, FaceBook, eBay, Amazon, these companies make sure they are not in a lawsuit by creating software for everyone on every platform, even your Bank has a website. This is a fraud alert of the highest level. If they cannot, or will not provide security for your PC, then they should defiantly not be trusted on your mobile device.

Simple transactions requires an SMS code, email code, Authenticator code, and a live video facial recognition scan. All must be completed under the clock, so you get to do it over and over if not perfectly timed. account get locked down for days, They want bank statement uploads, proof where you get your funds, wait for their blessings, it goes on and on. Complete circus.

Shame on pionex US and their shitty programmed bot customer service that claims to be human. I sent $5850 wire to pionex US and after so many days my account is not credited and they claim no deposit has been received even though I have showed them all the required transactions screenshot and the federal wire ref number. I'm devastated
Edit: The suspended my crypto withdrawal and ask to send money back to my account but they won't even let me do that anyways I made a 5,000 to my bank account and they won't let me send the remaining

Haven’t added the app yet, but customer service was fast. The way to get your money in and out (so I inquired) is buy another crypto that has fast and cheap transfer fees and just transfer to another wallet. If that wallet has funds than you can deposit it to your bank from another exchange. XLM and Robinhood work well for me. You still pay small transfer fees (depending on crypto.)
Maybe it was me or the process of getting verified, but it worked as soon as I reached out to support.
Support is helpful and I am now verified with full account functionality.
They've done everything they were supposed to. I locked myself out of my account, and it took about 8 months to get a new account established and the funds transferred over to the new account, to be sure; however, it did get done. They had me worried for a while, but it was my fault for losing access which they cured -- it just took a moment.
Do not put your money on this platform. You have been warned. I first sent 33 XRP to the platform The money never made it It completely disappeared I've been in contact with support I have screenshots of the emails text messages and support ticket. After those funds disappeared I decided to remove the remaining $150 I had put on the platform. It doesn't matter how well the bot works if you're not going to get your money. Do not say you were not warned. IF YOU SHOULD SO CHOOSE DO NOT LISTEN AND PUT YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLATFORM. PUT A VERY SMALL AMOUNT AND THEN TRY TO TAKE IT BACK OFF. I love their grid bots, performance is great.
I earned about 7.000 USDT in a week, however i feel unsafe keeping larger amounts on their platform 25.000 USDT+ simply because of many bad reviews online (people having issues withdrawing funds)
It just feels unsafe. I had no issue withdrawing my 24k plus USDT though.
But i would hate to reach 100.000 USDT or more, and then have issues with withdrawing my funds. For that reason i cant use this platform with ease of mind. Either i have to leave, or trade with much smaller amounts.
I enjoy how Pionex is there 24/7 to help out.
I’ve never encountered a platform with such outrageously high fees—both for fiat and crypto. For context, withdrawing just $95 worth of Bitcoin cost me over $11 in fees. That’s more than 10% gone instantly, just to move my own money.
It gets worse.
The tax documents they provided are flat-out inaccurate. Instead of the standard "Summary of Sales" form required by the IRS, they sent me a basic spreadsheet—useless for proper tax filing. To get a compliant and accurate tax report, I now have to pay another platform $200 (the going rate for handling high-volume crypto transactions).
When I brought this up to customer support—pointing out that my transaction history shows a net loss of $500, while their tax form falsely claims a $3,000 gain—they completely dismissed me. Not only did they refuse to explain the discrepancy, but the support agent was rude, told me not to use AI tools to help with my taxes, and denied my request to speak with a manager. To top it off, there’s no phone support at all.
Frankly, I’m shocked and disheartened. Influencers like Brian Jung praised this platform, but my experience has been the opposite. Their automated bots consistently lose money, and it's painfully obvious they do not value their users. Their attitude and service scream "we don’t care", and that’s unacceptable in an industry where trust is everything.
Avoid this platform. You deserve better.

The Pionex site states that the withdrawal amount will reach my account in 3-5 days. However, despite over two weeks having passed and many support queries being made, the amount I am trying to withdraw is still pending.
