I had a very bad experiences with Pionex , I deposited my funds via OP chain , at first , their deposit UI was shown to open to deposit , then after when I deposited my funds into it, it start to show wallet is upgrading. Then I read their zendesk maintenance announcement , the upgrade was started from 6th May , but my funds has been stucked for 3 days. I did find the CS for help and ask when will they can finish up all these process. Just simply answer me , we will let you know when it's done. But please , keep updating what's the process and at least let the user know what's the ETA of the process to be done. They are lack of transparency. I did check and track the deposit wallet of my funds , my funds was sent out to another wallet , I checked in Arkham , not sure which identity is that. Really disappointed with what service they give to me and really lose my faith on them.

Looking at the 1★ reviews a lot of them were fake or dealing with a scammer and impersonators yet blaming and dropping reviews on the official Pionex.
I've been a Pionex user since 2021, never had issues. Those people were either fake reviews because of they got scammed by others or they bring in dirty money into Pionex hoping to launder it like on other exchange.
If your money is clean, you wouldn't have any issues lol. 5★ to Pionex for great trading products and continuously improves it.

This is a site that steals money and I'm going to show you how. I have my account details, two days before everything was ok suddenly I can't access the account by username and password.
Now they ask for an authenticator, which was not necessary and you have to make a video with your details to get it. You can see what identity and money theft is because people give up doing something like that and leave the money deposited.There is no support on this website. Be very careful!

Best App for the use of crypto trading bots. Getting Money off the platform is a littlebit annoying though. Most third party services for direct FIAT transfers don't work most of the time. So you have to transfer your cryptos it to a different crypto platform where the FIAT transfers to your bank account work. But all of this will cost some unnecessary fees.

Scam app, do not invest
When you invest, the price drop or making a high movement against you, every time, with any coin, to eliminate you and to take your money out. The app is not responding and you need to close and reopen it 2 - 3 times per hour. All coins have the same fluctuation. The app has an "ai" slippage, who make you to buy in loss. That app is made only for the owner profit. Do not invest in that app, or invest and lose your money. Any other response from Pionex are nothing. I used that app 30 days before to make that review and to make sure that was happened i have prinscreens and video recordings with all i tell. Rest in peace Pionex with your scamming bots.
