bought stylish basin taps that I had previously priced in a nationwide diy store. Ordered them late Sunday evening, I had fitted them by Tuesday morning. Quick delivery, exactly as described and saved pounds.

Ordered a shower screen first time used Pioneer Bathrooms. Was delivered in 3 days. Excellent service and very pleased with product. Would definately recommend Pioneer.

I ordered a basin and toilet set and was pleased with the quality even though it was so cheap. The service was also very good and delivery was quick and on time.

Only negative point is that the picture of the toilet had a nice period lever flush so I ordered this. However the fitting was different to the fitting that came with the actual flush with the toilet so it doesn't sit straight.

Ordered the Jakarta white cloakroom vanity cabinet. First unit delivered was severely damaged - chips, cracks throughout. Customer service quickly resolved, was pleasant to deal with, and a 2nd unit was delivered. 2nd unit had further chips on the door, but we were lucky to still have to first unit to then mix-and-match with the door from the first unit. Whilst I really appreciated the customer service, I question the quality of some of their products. The sink and tap all came as expected and were fine.

Pioneer Bathrooms were not expensive with quality products, I love my sink unit looks beautiful, very fast delivery to.

Really helpful staff, order arrived promptly and looks great. Would highly recommend and much cheaper than Victoria Plumb

Can't fault the service, got my tap 5 days after I placed the order and I loved the fact that they could narrow the delivery time to within an hour!!

Ordering is like water off a ducks back! Brilliant site to manoeuvre around, an online chat advisor if you need help, delivery speedy & well packaged - what more do you need? Water babe I am not but this company brilliant. Definitely do business with again.

I ordered a toilet and a sink from them. The sink has been fine and no issues with this. The toilet however was sent with the wrong loo seat. Despite over 10 calls with [Name] at customer service and photo evidence and being told I was wrong and it in fact was the correct loo seat - despite the photos being so blatantly obvious it was not, and then a conference call with a technician, I was finally told I would be sent the correct loo seat, when it was finally admitted it was not correct. The excuse I was given "THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE ARE SOMETIMES OLD SO THE PRODUCT MIGHT NOT BE THE SAME AS WHAT THE PHOTO SHOWS, BUT YES I SEE THIS IS NOT THE SAME"- BEWARE EVERYONE!! I then eagerly awaited the correct loo seat to be delivered. I was actually in TEARS to see it was STILL the incorrect one and I am now battling AGAIN with customer services to get the right one. I have even ASKED them to send the manager round to my house to see how INCORRECT it actually is!!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND PIONEER TO ANYONE. SO SO SO FRUSTRATED I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE IT.

I ordered a shower screen which arrived with very badly damaged aluminium Chanel, unfortunately I did not open the packaging until I required to Install it, Therefore I had to Pay £50 for a replacement which arrived damaged and without fittings, but not as bad as the previous one, and because I had to install the shower screen due to family arriving for wedding. I am currently undertaking a large refurbishment which includes up to 5 further bathrooms, however I will not be ordering anything further from this company.

Saw it,ordered it and received it all in three days and we live in far west wales. Excellent service from start to finish, can't fault it.

Ordered a bath screen. Told it would be delivered friday. As a tradesperson waiting to finish a bathroom refit I need items delivered when promised.
Item wasn't delivered, no communication from company. On phoning them they told me it was out of stock and wouldn't be delivered until the following thursday. They also told me I was lying re the promised delivery date until I sent them the original email. Rude, unhelpful, know nothing buffoons.
The bath screen arrived on the following thursday with all the fittings missing!!
Contacted them again only to be told they couldn't tell me when replacement parts would be sent. I demanded to speak to someone else who then eventually promised delivery either on Saturday or Monday. Today is Monday. They still haven't arrived!!! So a phone call to this bungling company tomorrow so I can finish off my customers bathroom and get paid.
By the way it sounds like a foreign call centre when you try to get any sort of intelligent, helpful answer. So be warned if you are unlucky enough to order from this sham of a company. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Follow up: It would seem my last review for Pioneer Bathrooms (who are a subsidiary of the above and who I have been dealing with as email addresses state heatandplumb but trading address on the same email states Pioneer Bathrooms) has been "reported" by the company because I mentioned that this company is a subsidiary of the above companies all who have equally poor performance judging by reviews. I did this to warn customers of how truly awful this company is. The saga of the bath screen continues. I eventually requested that the screen be returned as it was not fit for purpose due to parts missing. The missing parts had still not arrived with me even after the company had promised delivery by Monday. I was told I would have to pay for returning the item (remember I have had all sorts of previous problems such as the screen not being delivered when promised, it then arriving a week later with missing parts, rude unhelpful customer services etc etc). I am a Plumber and need to deal with reliable, trustworthy companies. This is NOT one of them. The item was then scheduled to be collected yesterday as a "good will gesture" after I threatened Trading Standards. I was told I will only get reimbursed for the screen when it arrives back at their "warehouse". Guess what?! No one came to collect the screen. My customers waited in ALL DAY (Again). It also seems very odd that this company and the other one they are linked to had some shocking reviews (quite a few of them reported by the company just like this one was to remove them from public viewing) and then all of a sudden a ton of 5 stars appear. Pushing the ratings up? A "customer" from the USA writes a review? Funny that considering this is a UK company!!! Check out their Facebook page too. Reviews from people clearly living in India. This Company don't deliver to India!

Bought several items - wc's shower trays, taps etc to fit out 3 shower rooms, all been installed 18 months now with no problems so quite pleased - good stuff for the price, only reason not 5 stars is that they can not answer technical queries - just box merchants so knowq what you want and that it fits but no complaints about the quality of the products - especially at the price.

Fast delivery just as described just hope it fits when I get round to putting it in

The delivery company used was absolutely on the ball. Product installed today and fine. Very impressed & thank you.

Bought a ceramic loo handle to match with the bathroom. Arrived quickly, well packed and was good quality and value

I recently ordered a new bath/shower tap from Pioneer Bathrooms and was delighted with both the quality of the tap unit, and the excellent speedy service they provided. I ordered the taps on the 15th June, and they arrived safe and sound on the 17th!
I was amazed by the speed of this delivery, plus I was fully informed of the progress of the order from start to finish, with even the carrier emailing me with the expected delivery time (which incidentally, was spot on). I would certainly recommend this firm for their excellent business acumen and dedication to customer satisfaction. As far as I am concerned, they cannot be faulted.
