I have bought an axle bag, which is very useful and good - so the product is great. It had a little flaw but the customer support handled it great!. I would totally recommend it.

I bought a Cubik Medium there two Years ago, and i love the Backpack it self, but unfortunatly i keep having problems with the stitching. The seams are coming undone and I had to take the backpack to a tailor for the first time after less than 6 months and now the zip is coming undone and I have to worry about returning it there. On the positive side, however, Pinqponq reimbursed me for the first repair
