Exceptional. Yasir helped flawlessly. From initial contact to following-up after the Schengen Visa had been issued. Incredibly informative. Very helpful. Perfect communication. Thank you.
I couldn’t get an appointment in time for a trip to Budapest. The Pinoy team assured me that it was very doable, and that they would take care of it.
In all honesty, I was quite sceptical at first. With it being my only option, I put my trust in Yasir and, as promised, everything worked out perfectly.
Instead of being a last resort, Pinoy Tourism UK and Yasir will be my first point of contact in future. I have already passed the company’s information on to a few friends that needed last-minute Visa assistance and will continue to do so as a solid option.

Very Accomodating & Friendly Service
We bought the ticket from Aero Travels as we had been referred by a Colleague at work and I am glad to received a very Friendly & Accomodating Staff like Tess who guided me through for whatever questions and steps forward with other aspect of our Travel such as reminding us regarding our E-travel. I am beyond impressed with the service provided by Pinoy Travels. I urgently needed to book a flight for my 76-year-old mother from the Philippines to the UK. Naturally, we were worried because she had never traveled alone before. However, the moment I spoke with Lufelle at Pinoy Travels, all my concerns were put at ease. She was incredibly polite, accommodating, and guided me through every step of the booking process. Lufelle even arranged airport assistance for my mother, which made the journey much smoother.

Trustworthy company
