We were not looking forward to finding a building company to undertake a garage conversion, due to past experiences with builders, but after being recommended Pinnacle Home Improvements and meeting James & Tom, we decided to go with them. Choosing James & Tom, was the best decision we could have ever made. I have never met such friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, punctual, trustworthy, capable, hardworking, respectful and tidy builders. It was a pleasure, not a hassle, to have them at our home (which can’t normally be said with most builders). Their young labourer Reece was a credit to them, with his great work ethic, they really do have the perfect team.
Their attention to detail is second to none, keeping us informed and checking with us whenever there was choice on how we would prefer things done. They really do care about doing the best job possible and not cutting corners. They kept our home spotless throughout, as they tidied up everything at the end of each day. We have since had numerous positive comments on the quality of their work, even from a window fitter who asked for their number as he wants to use them himself after seeing what they had done for us.
It goes without saying, that we would not ever consider going anywhere else for future building work, as once you have experienced a PERFECT service, why would you.

We would highly recommend James and Tom for any building work, big or small. They transformed our 2-bed, 1-bath house into a 3-bed, 2-bath home and were fantastic from start to finish. From our first meeting, it was clear how knowledgeable and enthusiastic they were. Communication was excellent throughout, even when plans changed, and they handled everything with building control which made life much easier!

Their team of subcontractors were great too — even managing to restore our 1970s hardwood conservatory, which now looks brilliant. Since the work was completed, they’ve stayed in touch and helped with a few small snags. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to family. Thanks James and Tom — we couldn’t have done it without you!

James and Tom did a great job replacing our kitchen ceiling and installing down lights. They are trustworthy to do excellent work to a high standard and to work in your home.

We employed pinnacle to construct and design a 40sq metre slate patio in our back garden. They came up with a brilliant design which we would never have thought of ourselves. They were hard working, conscientious and thoroughly trustworthy. We had several quotes for the work and they were by far the most competitive. We are completely delighted with the finished product and would recommend their work 100%

I have used Pinnacle Home Improvements for a few jobs recently. They are always very quick to respond and are happy to take on any size job. The site is always left tidy at the end of each day and the standard of work is excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
