Absolutely awful company and communication. I paid £43 for 2 sets of led strip lights and after waiting for a confirmation email, I later recieved it 5 days later informing me of the 21 day deliver date ( was not made aware of this on purchase ) upon waiting for tracking information, I was sent a tracking link to which the information was bogus, outdated and if anything absolutely useless. I then emailed them to confirm the progress of the order and was emailed back 2 days later with a false royal mail tracking number which did not work no matter where I inserted it. I then emailed again and was told it had been delivered ( despite the tracking link still saying it was in China ) when I queried this, I was sent a nother link with a completely different tracking information ( inserted manually I'm sure ) by this time it had been 25 days and was fobbed off with the covid 19 rubbish delaying the service. 4 days later I recieved 1 set of lights ( 30 days after purchase and 1 set shy of what i ordered ) i emailed to query this and was told i had recieved them 10 days after purchase which again is a made up story which contradicts all that i was told previously and 2hen i requested my refund for the missing set they stopped responding to my emails... AVOID AT ALL COSTS... scammers at their best and customer service is absolutely disgusting, nothing but thieves and messers and if you want the products you paid for I would suggest 1,000,000,000% buy from somewhere else SCAM ARTISTS and LIERS. Lucky to even get 1 star and that's only because I had to give something. I hope the company gets closed down for improper practice you absolutely disgusting people.

I do not recommend. I ordered from them and after 5 days they tell me that the products come after 21 days

My First purchase from Pinky Shop- 16ft LED Strip Light. It is fabulous, easy to install and cut to size, it work’s perfectly, it just took a little time to come, but so worth the wait, I have re -ordered another LED Strip Light. Thank You Pinky Shop!!

Fraudsters, lie after lie do not buy from this company.
I only gave a star as I had to, please please dot not buy from this company as you will just be giving your hard earned money to fraudsters and will not receive what you ordered, they even blamed COVID-19 as an excuse.

95% Facebook ads seller Are dodge so when you wish to buy anything from Facebook ads please check and make sure their website At least 1 year old also check google reviews or trust pilot reviews do not rely on fake Facebook reviews.

Terrible customer service. I bought 6 dining room chair seat covers. They took over a month, yes over a month to arrive. They are all different sizes, only 2 of them fit. I have emailed their customer service dept. and I just got the same automated message saying please send me photos. I sent these 3 times and then was told it would be passed to a supervisor. I have chased them up 3 times and I am now being ignored. I am left with faulty foods and wasted £50 due to this awful company

Supplied a clock that did not work. No response from customer services....avoid at all costs. Deserve no stars...

I have received my items with them. To be fair with this company. I received my chair covers and they are so lovely. Make reading a habit. I always purchase in this store and received 75% discount on my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th purchase. Giving them a fair-square review.

What a rip off site, please do not purchase from this site had I seen other reviews before my purchase I would never have ordered from this company. ordered chair covers in May, at end of July, after much back and fore with emails I received an order which was wrong still waiting to hear from them, disgraceful

Goods took nearly 3 months to be delivered. Order was placed because it said would be delivered within 3 to 5 days. I ordered chair covers which were urgently needed. I didn’t receive so I tried to cancel my order they refused to refund. I’ve since purchased chair covers elsewhere.,version of covers have now arrived. I no longer need them and asked for a return address so I can get my money back they have refuse to comment I strongly recommend that people think before orderIng from this website

Ordered a 6 Steel Razors Trimmer Head in May and I am still waiting for delivery. Had minimal contact from Pinky Shop despite numerous e-mails. Had one saying it would be delivered in 10 days and when I contacted them to say why it had not arrived, they asked me to send details of my order number and I have not heard anything since. I think I have been scammed so definitely would not order anything else from this company. Their service is appalling and not worth even 1 star. Going to try and get my money back from the credit card company.

Ordered a blade for a strimmer, paid £25.00 and when it came, it wouldnt fit,so i emailed them and got a reply within the day, telling me that i needed to by an adaptor for it and this was going to be another £20, when i explained that even with an adaptor this wasnt going to work as the whole thing was 2 big. So i asked them to refund, which they said they would get on with.That was on Sat, May 23, 9:54 AM, today is Fri 31/07/20 12.32 i have emailed them every week asking for a returns label. i have now just had enough of this thieving company and have told them im getting in touch with trading standards.
SO BEWARE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED CASH, AND JUST IGNORE ANY EMAILS, UNLESS YOU WANT TO "BUY SOMETHING OF NO USE AT ALL". SO NOW ITS AN EMAIL TO TRADING STANDARDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS.

I ordered a strimmer 3 months ago still hasnt arrived im upset paid money for it im still waiting im not happy

Strimmer head eventually arrived. Does it fit on the strimmer? Er no! I even stripped the strimmer down almost to the point of no return, and I know what I am doing, so there is no hope for someone with no technical knowhow. Thinking about it, they KNOW its no good and would rather manufacture and sell a piece of cheap tat that is no use, but can get them over £20, than do the decent thing and make the whole strimmer for £50 and actually give people what they think they have paid for. My advice, don't order ANYTHING from this company,ever.

Emailed them to ask advice, very quick and courteous reply so ordered the replacement trimmer head. Arrived 3 or 4 weeks later, but it was the wrong one. I've been emailing since the 4th of June to get an exchange or a refund. Completely ignoring my emails now. I paid with PayPal so I'm going to ask them to sort it out, which is an awful hassle too, but it's not the £19.99 price it's the principle of the thing!

Awful service. Still waiting months later for a strimmer. Initially they blamed Civid 19 for the delay but nothing months later. Have now requested a refund. Will be interesting to see if they respond. Will post update to ensure other people have full info. Will never use this company again.
Would give no stars if I could.

I tried to give 0 stars but couldn't! I managed to receive an order but the product advertisement page is misleading and fraudulent. Was led to believe I'd ordered a full weed strimmer but was only sent part of it, ie the wire brush. The part itself would have only cost me a fifth of the price that i paid, from elsewhere. Tried to complain and get a refund but now being ignored by the company. Trying to find who I can report them to . . .

Complete rip off,do not give them your money.
Ordered a strimmer blade beginning of May and tracking says left China on 9th May and have had no updates let alone received the item.Big scam.

Can only offer two words of advice here. STEER CLEAR!!
They'll take your money and run.
Trading stsndards should shut them down if at all possible, and Facebook shoukd vet any potential advertiser, at the very least by verifying address and phone numbers.
