The team at Pink Street have been great so far in the process of selling my house. Paul was very polite and professional with Kerry and Matt communicating viewings and feedback very well. The start of what could be a stressful journey has been managed really well. Thank you for taking lovely pictures and not over 'fisheyeing' them! Five stars would have been achieved by attention to detail in writings.

Came here for 1st time tonight with my sister and husband and had a very lovely meal, would recommend to all my family and friends, very friendly staff and excellent service, will definitely come back

Kerry was really professional and detailed in her approach. I was shown some great properties and given all the details I asked for.

PINK STREET have provided an appalling level of customer care / service from the very beginning of my tenancy. Being young it feels that I am being fobbed off with poor excuse after poor excuse when I, and my previous flat mate reported problems. What PINK STEET fail to recognise is that there is a myriad of consumer groups and organisations that put up to date and relevant information online for just this reason. Problems at the start of my tenancy were only rectified when the MD of PINK STREET intervened personally.

In the rental property that PINK STREET are (mis) managing on behalf of the Landlord (who I’m sure has to pay a handsome fee for their trouble or not in my case) there is a problem with damp. This problem has been reported on numerous occasions and guess what? Yes, the damp is STILL a problem and it’s getting worse. My personal belongings are being damaged as a result not to mention the health implications associated with damp. I was told builders were going in and to this date no builder has set foot in the flat to even advise or evaluate the problem.

The flat relies on storage heaters for warmth. The storage heaters have not worked properly for nearly a year and being fobbed off is wearing thin. The Landlord has left an upright electric heater in the interim. This method of trying to heat the flat that I pay rent for is costing a fortune.

PINK STREET seem uninterested in actually looking after their tenants as they should be. They must be getting towards the end of their “Book of 1001 poor excuses” so I will be interested in their next move.

In short the problems I have highlighted are major as the winter weather is only going to get worse. I’m still paying rent as I’m obliged to do under my contract and PINK STREET are doing nothing to earn their money. I would say to anyone thinking of renting a property that is managed by PINK STREET to think twice. Their service is appalling and is a disgrace in this day and age.

This is the first house I had ever sold. The help I received from the team at Pink Street Portsmouth was excellent. The buyer took her time and my stress levels rose, but I was put at ease by PS and had a successful conclusion.

The customer service has been really good especially Kerry Morgan ( one of the sales team). She’s very friendly and helpful

I would recommend Pink Street because we found their prices to be considerably cheaper than high Street estate agents, and others. This is because we were quoted a very reasonable set fee, with no hidden costs. it was made clear from the start, exactly how much we would have to pay.
The photos of our house were excellent, and we found the staff very professional.
