I got an email saying order being processed. Next thing I notice is all the plasterboard had been delivered and just left in the rain. No emails, no calls, nothin pre or post delivery. Everything is wrecked. Might be cheap, but clearly a service breakdown somewhere

Placed a concederable size order and could not believe the rapid service! They called me the same day and delivered the next day .

Placed an order with Pinks Insulation on the 20/10/25 and was delivered on 22/10/25. Saved over £200 compared to builders merchants. Communications with Katy were excellent. So to sum up, Quick dispatch, Good comms and good prices. Can't get better. Thank you. Steve.

Fast efficient and cost effective compared to other suppliers

Needed insulation fast for a new build. I e mailed Pink on a Sunday morning and within the hour Katy had confirmed they had stock that they could deliver within 2 days on a small vehicle to meet difficult site access and at a price which was better than any others quoted. The products arrived 2 days later in perfect condition on a small vehicle as quoted at midday as notified by phone the day before. Outstanding customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Fabulous company!!! Undergoing a full renovation on my property so needed bulk items. After pricing up with my local builders merchant and comparing it with PINKS, I saved close to £400 by choosing PINKS.
I needed a specific date and early delivery, PINKS were more than accommodating, on the day I requested and first drop off as promised.
5* in every aspect, I strongly recommend PINKS!!!

Second time I've used Pinks Insulation. Both times they've been great. Much cheaper than alternative suppliers. Quick delivery (2-3 days), pleasant delivery driver, good/quick communication and good products. There is mention of alternative products being supplied if ordered product isn't available but I've not had that. Really can't fault them. Will be using them again and would recommend!

I found all I wanted at a very competitive price, and I went just over their limit for free delivery. Delivery was by a “courier” who was also very helpful. I have already mentioned them by name a couple of times to friends.

Had many purchases with Pinks, a great company to deal with while I'm doing my self build I shall be purchasing again.
